The main refrigerator/freezer did not work and there were only 2 small college size ones to use during the entire stay for a house of 30! We called for maintenance, who didn’t show up until after 9pm, then never showed back up when he couldn’t fix it. The a/c downstairs would not go under 73 and made sleeping miserable. We also requested maintenance for that and no one ever came over to check it. The upstairs bathroom that was connected to one of the bedrooms had mold in it, which caused our daughter’s allergies to flare up and she left sick. When we emailed the company who runs it, all they said was that the cleaner said it wasn’t there the previous Friday when she cleaned. Since the mold does not grow that fast, this was completely untrue. When the jets turned on in the hot tubs, it was full of bubbles from what we do not know, then it turned cloudy and green. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation but was not at all due to all of the issues. I took pictures and videos for proof of all of these things. We would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Yes! All of our properties offer free on-site parking with ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles. Whether you're arriving with family, friends, or a large group, you’ll have convenient and secure parking right at your stay.

What are you check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

Each Big Sky Barnhouse is packed with one-of-a-kind features designed for unforgettable group getaways. Depending on the location, you’ll find everything from indoor basketball courts, private pickleball setups, and 2-hole golf courses to golf simulators and full arcades. Many homes include slides built right into the layout (yes—actual slides!), fully stocked kitchens for big family meals, and even a beach basement with wall-to-wall sand. Some properties sit on open farmland, offering total peace, privacy, and room to spread out. Whether you’re celebrating grandma’s 90th or just looking to reconnect with your favorite people, each stay is designed for real connection, comfort, and a little bit of magic.

Can I host an event at the property?

Are the kitchens fully stocked?
Yes! All of our kitchens come stocked with the essentials: pots, pans, utensils, dishware, basic spices, baking sheets, coffee makers, and more. Just bring your groceries and favorite recipes—we’ve got the rest covered.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, each property has Wi-Fi. It’s perfect for streaming, emails, and remote work.

How big are the properties?
Our homes are made for connection and some can host up to 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.

Are firepits and grills available?
Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.
