“The family an I experience here was nothing short of wonderful. Definitely one of the best Christmas was had here. This home was amazing, spacious and felt like home times 5 because it’s about 5x bigger than my actual home😂. We enjoyed every inch of it. The basketball court, the movie theater, the game room,.Even the fire pit where made s’mores with my grandkids. A last but not least. The family room. Where we ate Christmas dinner as a family, played games a did Karaoke. My family loves to sing Eventho they can’t fr. 🎤 😂 Only problem we had. That really wasn’t a problem was that creepy pesky neighbor off of Scooby Doo. Just ignore her and her sign. This place is definitely one to visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for me. We’ll be back….”

“Property worked out great for us as it was my daughter’s wedding weekend. We didn’t have time to use a lot of the fun stuff, but enjoyed it with the little time we had. The neighbor had a sign letting the world know they don’t approve in STR’s in the neighborhood. Went as far as calling the police as some of our guests parked on her property. I did msg Kyle right away apologizing, as I forgot to communicate that to my guests. We’ve stayed in over 25 Airbnb’s the past year. This one was probably one of the most expensive, and imho a bit overpriced. However, does work out well for larger groups with all of the bedrooms.”

“The barnhouse is an amazing home for large family gatherings or reunions. We were more than 20 people, including lots of kids, and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!”

The size and number of activities made it perfect for a reunion trip - the sheer number of things to do is evident in the listing and as-promised. I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the beds and how clean everything was - including the linens. Check-in was seamless, the place was easy to find, and the host was responsive.”

“We used the house for a mini family reunion. We came from several areas in the mid-west and Texas, with seniors, couples, parents and youngsters including a 6 month old. Everyone found something to do - the games encouraged the family to come together either in teamwork or competition. The variety of games was great - all the equipment top notch and in working order. The table setup made it easy for everyone to gather. Exploring the 3 floors we great - especially the movie room on the top floor - awesome. Some of the most comfortable beds and cozy quilts - everyone commented on them. Thanks Kyle! Hope to plan another event in the future.”

“My families had enjoyed the property. The kids had things to do to entertain themselves and it stayed out of trouble. The adults, love the fact that it was a popcorn maker there.They did not have to make the popcorn on the stove. The property had met the purpose we wanted to use it for because it was big enough for the family to explored all three floors. the family love the theater on down to the game. It was a little bit pricey, but the family enjoyed it. The memories we have there will always be cherished and thank you for that.”

“Kyle's Big SkyBarnhouse is a gem. Easily held our 11 person family reunion across three generations. We did find that GPS was a little sloppy --- there are two houses that match the address in adjacent towns. So make sure you have the town in your GPS coords. The main floor of the house was spacious and grand; perfect for everyone to prep, cook, and eat together with lots of cookware and plateware. A/C worked well on some of hottest days of the year. Nearby water park was a blast for the kids, and the in-house game room was a regular stop. We even playted wiffle ball out back. Great peaceful setting for a morning run; really enjoyed an 8 mile route my brother and I chose. One note is that the first floor is not the main floor, so we had to help my ageing mother up and down the stairs when we came and left the house, but that worked out fine.”

“The house was exactly as described. Great setup for a large group of people. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Our group had a great time and will definitely go back for more fun.”
