★ The barnhouse is perfect for large group gatherings. We can comfortably accommodate 20+ guests. There are 9 queen sized beds, 1 twin sized bed, and 2 double sized futons, plus a 4th floor loft with an open sleeping area and sectional. 3 FULL bathrooms.

★ FLOOR LAYOUT: The 1st floor / lower level (basement) has the beach room with a sauna and tiki bar, with a walkout to the back turf patio. The main master bedroom with 2 queen beds is also located in the basement, with a full attached bathroom. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, living and dining area, laundry room, half bath, and pool table / arcade machine / games and access to the garage, back deck, screened porch, and front door entrance off the driveway. The 3rd floor has the other 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, in addition to the futon beds in the upstairs entertainment area. The 4th floor loft is accessible from the 3rd floor entertainment area by going up a ladder and there's a sectional and TV up above with sweeping views of the entire barn below.

★ The basement of the barn is equipped with an indoor beach room filled with sand, beach swings, a tiki bar, and an infrared sauna.

★ The outdoor patio in the backyard is LOADED with amenities that will keep your group entertained for days. Walking out from the basement, you will find a turf area with a custom designed Tiki Bar, 8 Person Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower, Patio Swings, Firepit, Full Sized Sand Volleyball Court, and a Frisbee Golf/Frolf course with chains and discs.

★ There is also a deck above the back patio with patio furniture, a bartender serving bar in the corner, and views over the backyard space.

★ BRAND NEW state of the art SkyTrak Golf Simulator is located in the heated garage. Play a round of 18 holes at any of the select premier courses around the world, or hit the driving range and fine-tune your swing.

★ Heading inside, you will find a custom slide taking you down from the upper level right down to the kitchen! You can also take the stairs if you wish. You'll find a beautiful barn loft interior with over 5,000 square feet to spread out. Most material and furniture has been sourced and created from local Amish reclaimed barnwood.

★ Across from the living area you will find a pool table, arcade machine, board games, karaoke, and guitars for more fun inside.

★ The Barn Silo on the upper level has been converted to a "Silo Bunkhouse" for additional sleeping accommodations in the Silo!

★ Off the other side of the kitchen you will find a relaxing screened in porch with more patio furniture, leading you out to another deck off the side of the house with a Blackstone flat top grill for guest use.

★ There are multiple areas in the barn for remote work stations in case you or anyone in your group is working remotely, or if anyone needs some space to pop open their laptops.

Kyle was a true professional. He was responsive and understanding of our travel times, and was flexible with our check-in. Kyle was attentive and the work his team did fixing issues before our arrival was superb. The cabin itself is classic. A must use for big groups. There is no shortage of fun things to do and the accommodations are very comfortable. Highly recommend staying with Kyle at his Barn!

What a great place! We loved the large space that easily accommodated our whole family! We enjoyed the privacy, the decks, the hot tub, the golf sim and so much more. There were a few glitches with the golf sim, but Kyle got us through some of them! The hot tub was clean and relaxing! So much to do in the area, but also great to stay back at the barn and enjoy the space- playing golf, pool, bean bag toss, darts, sauna, etc! Would definitely love to come back here!!

This place has so much potential if it just had some upkeep. We had issues with screen door being broke, outdoor games weathered, could not play disk gold because place wasn't mowed, hot tub had an odd smell and had sand in it, some rooms electrical outlets didn't work, some beds were different than pictures. It is a very nice barn if there was more attention to those things. Overall Kyle was responsive and made things right but it was upsetting we paid a little more to not be able to use quite. few of the amenities

House is very large and in a great location. Host was responsive , but goes through a team so responses take longer. Was very clean inside , but lots of things need upkeep. 1. From the picture the tiki bar seems to be a great place to hang out however, no power to the cool lights, mini fridge or ice . Even though there are outlets there . 2. Dishwasher runs , but doesn’t really clean anything 3. I understood from the listing the propane would likely be empty . For the price paid I feel like similar air bnb are better stocked. Propane empty, kitchen oil empty. No bowls of mix / cook with. I’d bring anything I’d think I’d need if I went again. 4 . Lots of weeds in sand shown. Ladder ball still out broken. Some of the roof of tiki bar was in a pile burned . 5. Hot tub seemed to need some work. The pads where you rest your head were falling off and the filter didn’t seem to be working great. Foamy. Overall we loved the location. We had a great time

Overall the place is huge, but for the price it's not a great deal. 1. Volleyball court had weeds coming through it and was relatively unusable. Net was barely affixed to the pole 2. Pool table is super cheap and unleveled, has tears on surface 3. Cornhole sets are completely weathered 4. Too many chemicals are used in hot tub, leading to odd smell and foaminess 5. The arcade/video game joy stick was broken 6. No dish towels in kitchen 7. Minimal kitchen essentials (no plastic bags, olive oil, small things like that)

Overall a great stay for a bachelor party! Lots's of fun things to do, even in early spring when it isn't particularly nice outside. Kyle was quick to respond and included detailed instructions. The overall house is very spacious, has plenty of beds, and doesn't disappoint.

It's a really cool space, that leads to good communal activities. There are a few sketchy design choices made on the property, for example, a homemade ladder that is the only access to the loft with all the cushions on the ground. Most of the railings don't feel the most secure either. This leads me to think that the price for this rental doesn't match with the short cuts taken.

We had a group of families up for a little Ski getaway from Chicago and this place was amazing. Accommodated everyone comfortably, was easy to get to. Very spacious and clean. Hot tub was great and location is perfect being close to Devils Head, Lake Wisco, and Cascade. Will definitely come back. In the summer can see it being amazing for families with volleyball court and all the outdoor space. Golf sim is pretty cool too!

We loved this house and the kids had a blast with all its bonuses and features. We actually changed some outings as the kids wanted to be “home” and enjoy what the house had to offer. House is perfect for Devils Head, but it was also an easy ride (~15 mins) to Cascade, which is our preferred skiing destination. Kyle was kind, responsive and great to work with.

We had a group of 11 stay with our 3 dogs, 1 large 2 small. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone! There was always something to do, plenty of room to spread out if needed and even though we couldn't utilize the summer activities outside, the hot tub and sauna were perfect. The kids LOVED the slide and went down it 100x it seemed like as well as the indoor beach. Kyle was super responsive when we had any questions. We would love to come back in the summer!

My family & I stood at the barn house for my son's 7th birthday (he picked it). & I will say everyone had an absolute blast! There was plenty of space for everyone, enough bathrooms.
