What are you check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This allows our team to thoroughly prepare the property for your stay.

How big are the properties?

Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.

Are firepits and grills available?

Yes! All of our properties have propane grills. We provide the propane and grilling utensils. For fire pits, we offer either propane or firewood, depending on the property. Cozy nights around the fire? Always.

We had a great weekend! 20 people - 10 adults & 10 kids between 1.5 and 11. There was enough space for everyone. Kids loved the pool, putting green, and basketballs court. Heads up that the floor once they got out of the pool is VERY slippery. The cement floors through the house also made for a very loud weekend. Totally not a deal break for our group in the future, but just something to share!

Our group had a great time and there was plenty to do for the kids! There were a couple minor suggestions I had made to Dylan and he was very prompt with receiving them. They were quick to answer any messages we had no matter the time of day. Highly recommend the barnopalooza!

We had a family of 20 (10 children ages 1.5-15 year olds) and we all had a great time. Lots of fun things to do for young and old. The pool was a big hit for the kiddos and the adults enjoyed the hot tub (and the big kids). Lot of amenities. The house was beautiful. A little pricey but mostly worth it. Easy to get to and great location. The only thing we could complain about was the pool was a bit chilly for the adults.
