Great place to spend quality time with the family

Good clean, nothing to do out door no barbecue machine not working bad condition no fire pit In the kitchen no blender

I feel that we definitely didn't get what i paid for. Everything in this place needs some work and upkeep. The hot tub was broken and couldn't use it which is basically the main reason to rent a cabin. No room to actually enjoy a game of pool it was in a tight spot. The grill was nasty, rusted, and falling apart so we couldn't use it and had to drive 35 minutes to buy a griddle. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. All showers were small and heads weren't even barely screwed on. Kitchen sink faucet was loose and about to fall off. Im sure theres more im not even mentioning but by far the worst cabin we have ever rented and was a complete ripoff. We stay in cabins about 4 or 5 times a year and never had problems like this , I just feel disgusted that i spent almost $1300.00 for 3 terrible nights in this place...

Cabin was 4 bed, 4 1/2 bath, so plenty of sleeping space for family of 6-8 (pull out couch and futon in bad shape wouldn’t recommend for adult). Home needed many repairs and updates plus a really good deep clean. Host was fantastic when communicating about issues just more issues than expecting. Not many extras (no spices for cooking, limited board games, soap, shampoo for 1 person for 1 day), limited laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent (bring your own). Lighting is very poor throughout home, hot tub lid is broken and very heavy to lift on and off (needs 2 people). Grill was unusable (very dirty), if you plan on using be sure to bring all BBQ essentials as none are available to you. Pickleball court (aka Pickleball Mountain) drew us to this home but caution to users, smaller than expected, to serve you are in the net but said nets keeps your ball from going in the creek. Court needs some maintenance. Lights are solar and motion activated so not great at night.

Nice, quiet and relaxing, but loads to do within a 20 minute drive. Hummingbirds and butterflies in the field, had fun on the pickleball court and loved the hot tub. Really nice host. Would recommend!

Great host

The description and photos matched the property perfectly! The property is private, secluded and surrounded by beauty for sure. It is OUT there. lol. If you’re not used to driving the mountains, just go slow. My kids called it spaghetti road. The house is beautiful and it was so clean! We definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay in their other properties.

A short trip from most attractions! Very nice deck and home layout! Plenty of linens as well. A great stay!

Stayed here for a bachelor party, and it was the perfect spot. The house was awesome with a great court, pool table, games, hot tubs etc and we could of stayed there or entire trip and been happy. It is also close enough to all the big surrounding areas (Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Lake Douglas) that you can use this as a home base to do anything those areas have to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Kyle was a very responsive host. There were a few minor items discovered upon arrival that he addressed immediately. Overall a good stay. We enjoyed the pickleball court. The listing says Mountain Views but the trees did not allow for that.

Great stay for a group of four families! Just a short drive to everything. Kyle is a pleasant and responsive host. If you're a wannabe pro pickleball player, the court surface will disappoint you as it is asphalt and the ball bounces different. That's no fault to Kyle, just a heads up. :)

We had a great time here. Very quiet and peaceful, but not far from the park entrance, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. The house is very spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub (which was very clean and easy to use), and made good use of the pickleball/basketball court. Great place to relax and use at a base for Smoky Mountains adventures.

Fantastic place to stay for our long weekend getaway. Cabin was wonderfully setup, with grill tools, spices, games and hotel style linens and cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the tail end of a winter storm and extremely cold air, with about 4 inches of snow. Roads were a little slick getting to the cabin although we had no issues. We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. Cabin is exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable very quiet. We got to play pickleball on our last day, once the snow melted. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay, the cabin was very clean, well stocked with kitchen amenities & utensils and fun to have the basketball and pickleball court for some outdoor activities to do at the cabin.

My family of 6 adult and 3 kids stayed the week of Christmas and it was a wonderful time! We got to spend quality time together doing different activities such as a movie playing, a game of pool, cooking/baking and a board game while being all together. We were fortunate enough to have perfect weather to utilize the pickleball court. We enjoyed having the court so much we ended up having a tournament. The court and equipment were in great shape.

Great cabin to stay in for 8 people. The heat and ac in the house works great so it’s always comfortable. Hot tub works great and gets hot quickly. The cabin is about 20-30 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg as well which is convenient. Sporting equipment is nice, basketballs could use a pump but overall it was a nice amenity. The cabin could use some more space for trash, we stayed for 5 days and ran out of room in the dumpster area at about 3 days and there was only 8 of us. I really would recommend this cabin to anyone who asked and even with the very minor inconveniences I had a great trip and a great stay.

Kyle's place was great, wish it was decorated for Christmas tho. One thing that needs to be chnaged, not only at Kyle's but at all the rental cabins.....The grill, the last 2 years the grills have been horrible, I took 100.00 in steaks and they were ruined beacuse of the burners on the grill, they all needed replaced. Overall it was a great place to stay and we all had fun. Thanks Kyle

One of the best vacations I ever took with my family Kyle’s house increase the value of my vacation by 100 V. It was beautiful scenic and very well placed the Pickleball court was very fun for my children to shoot ball and the amenities were unbelievable thanks again. Kyle will be back.

Check-in was easy, location was great took about 20 minutes to get to Gatlinburg. A couple of problems during stay. There are no frying pans at all, the hot tub was very dirty and it appears the filter hasn't been changed in awhile since there was slime all over and it was brown and no longer white. Counters and floors were not cleaned well at all and there is dust build up from the lack of deep cleaning. Showers had mold growing in knobs along with corners of Showers. All that said owner was made aware and attempted to correct during stay which I opted out of because I had dogs and kids. Kyle was receptive to the feedback given in the end Airbnb refunded us part of the cleaning fee.

Stayed at pickleball mountain for a week on a family vacation What a beautiful fun place. There was so much to do from basketball to pickleball Arcade games and a pool table.. Hot tub was great too! We enjoyed the Bbq on the deck with rocking chairs and other seating! The house itself was clean and spacious for all 10 of us!! The roads getting to this place were kind of scary but we managed!! We seen possums, coyote, raccoons, dears and even a black bear came to visit in our yard at night!! The location was 20-30 minutes away from the main towns like Gaitlingburg and Pigeon Forge which were worth visiting for all the entertainment and activities they offered. Thank you Kyle for having us at your place We really enjoyed our time there

Great place for a family reunion.

Great place that lived up to the pictures. We got exactly what we wanted out of it. The amenities were nice and it was a short drive to Gatlinburg. Can’t ask for much more.

Great place to stay 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a hot tub! Beautiful scenery and not a far ride to Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Having the pool table, kitchen and family room etc. on the same level made it much more fun. I would definitely stay here again.

We held our 1st multi family vacation at this hidden gem that’s tucked away in a private lot in the woods away from the business of downtown. It was about a 10-15 min drive to Gatlinburg & PF The house comfortably welcomed 11 people. 6 adults & 5 children. The 4 1/2 baths came in handy & having our own private bath was a +. Two of which have jacuzzi tubs. The beds were VERY comfortable. Nice clean linens, PLENTY of towels & even some adorable folded towel animals. The days were spent exploring the town & smoky mountain NP. The evenings we made home cooked meals & soak our tired bodies in the hot tub listening to the crickets. Very peaceful. What I really loved was the AC. I’m a cold loving climate person & our room was perfect at night. The house stayed very cool. The rooms had ceiling fans. The dinning nook table sat 8 of us comfortably & the kitchen bar had stools. The arcade games and pool table were popular as well as the PB court. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful area and cabin. 15 minute ride (down the mountain) to town. Tons of things to do in town, but the cabin really makes you want to stay right where you are. Pickleball & basketball court is a huge plus!

This house was very clean and so well kept! A major bonus was that the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pickleball court / basketball hoop. We had so much fun and there are so many great things to do around the area! Thank you Kyle for letting us stay at your property!!!

Great private location and beautiful view! The pickleball/basketball court was an amazing plus it got everyone out of the house without having to drive anywhere. The house has everything you need to bring a family together I would definitely recommend

Pickleball Mountain surpassed our expectations. Following daily excursions, we enjoying the Arcade games, the Pickleball/basketball court, and the hot tub. Kyle quickly answered the one question we had. Excursions were varied, and throughly enjoyed. I have already recommended this cabin to friends interested in a Tennessee vacation.

The cabin was great! Very spacious. There were a lot of activities to keep both adults and kids occupied. With 8 adults and 4 kids we did not feel crowded at all. Kyle was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this cabin!

Our family was celebrating a recent college graduate and we wanted a place everyone could relax in. With 3 family members in college, this was just the place. The deck area was a favorite of all. My grandson wanted to get in the big pool (hot tub) each night before getting ready for bed. This house is away from the busyness of surrounding towns, but a quick drive to many places. Our family really enjoyed the art district and picked up some handmade jewelry. The shop owners are super friendly. This was our first time to visit this area and this house made us feel at home.

Stayed in TN many times. This time had to be the best experience I’ve had with a host. Very responsive and helpful! Beautiful spot to unwind and felt like a home away from home! 5 stars!

Our stay at the cabin was great! There was plenty of space for our party of eight, and our dog. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and pickle ball/basketball court. Kyle was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great stay, and we would come back again.

Staying at Pickleball Mountain was the perfect getaway for my family including our dog. So many other rentals are loaded with rules on rules, but this place is focused on providing a great experience based on common sense rules to not overburden people so they can’t enjoy their vacation. Kyle is responsive in providing customer service that hard to find in today’s world. The seclusion of this cabin is awesome, but yet close enough for you to easily get to any activities, if you even want to leave. There is a pool table, video games, movies, hot tub, pickleball, board games, and basketball available. Super pet friendly. This place is easy to find with GPS taking us straight there. Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. Thank you Kyle! We appreciate you allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise.

Echo Canyon Lodge is a wonderful and peaceful cabin with cozy decor and beautiful surroundings. From the moment you walk in, the cedar-lined walls and ceilings welcome you and make you feel right at home. The amenities are incredible, the billiard table provided hours of entertainment for our family. The hot tub was delightful as we relaxed at the end of the day, and the jacuzzis were lavish and luxurious. We loved spending time in the breakfast nook assembling puzzles and drinking hot chocolate and coffee. This house is perfect for a large family and I would highly recommend it for a few days to be surrounded by nature and tranquility. The host, Kyle, responds to your messages right away. Very professional, courteous, and accommodating.

Nice private peaceful place in the woods. Good for a large family or group of friends. A 15-25 min to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and/or Gatlinburg. 10 minutes from some quaint villages with some great eats and local shops heading towards Gatlinburg. We found Split Rail Eats was a great hang with great beer and food. Kyle is a GREAT host! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours.

Beautiful cabin, instructions for check in a check out were very easy. Cabin was just as described and pictures were exactly how the cabin looked. Would definitely recommend 💕

This property was perfect and sleeps 10 well. There are 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each plus a pull out couch in the living room and a half bath in the main area. The kitchen had soap, a roll of paper towels a packet for a load of laundry, and a dishwasher pod for a load of dishes, and tons of dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The bathrooms each had 2 rolls of toilet paper plus a sample of soap and shampoo like you’d get at a hotel and plenty of towels and wash cloths. I can’t speak for the pull out couch or other rooms but the bed in the master bedroom by the kitchen was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious enough for us to put our large dogs bed and our daughters pack n play. The hot tub, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked great and there are two jacuzzi tubs which are both located in the master bedrooms downstairs but we did not use them. There’s practically no service at the cabin but there is WiFi! Overall, fantastic hiking and disconnect from the world trip!

Gorgeous house. I would definitely stay again. It is off the beaten path but not too far away from Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, or Seiversville. Very peaceful stay.

the cabin was beautiful, loved it! it was secluded , but I did not enjoy the windy roads to get to the location. it would be great if we weren't planning on daily adventures out. Kyle was great to communicate with! if we were planning on not going to town daily , this would be a 5 star!

We decided to have our wedding at the cabin! The deck was perfect. There was more then enough room for everyone without feeling cramped. Having the deck totally enclosed was perfect for our puppy who loved her vacation also! We had an amazing stay so relaxing and beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made everything so easy! Thank you for letting us have the wedding we wanted in you amazing cabin! So many beautiful memories were made!

Great place for two separate families getting two master bedrooms and another two rooms for multiple kids coming together and celebrating a birthday. Tucked in a beautiful location and secluded but also near enough everything you’d want to do in Gburg. The pool table and hot tub was icing on the cake; pure perfection. WiFi was iffy because of the clouds and rain, but Kyle was extremely prompt and responsive to that issue. Overall 5 stars! It was a great trip, however my friend threw away $300 worth of my souvenirs and personal belongings…if you’re reading this you know who you are and you owe me

Had a great stay with our family at echo canyon! Roomy , clean, well stocked., host responsive Yes roads were winding but that’s to be expected given the location …just drive carefully Close to Gatlinburg area as well as National park Would definitely recommend and stay again !

This 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom cabin in the woods is perfect for large family gatherings. It has a large great room for visiting and an area for playing pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a major plus. Kyle is a great host and very accommodating It was a memorable vacation.

solid experience for sure. spacious and clean. location about 25-35 min from most everything which is a good thing from my perspective. plenty of dishes and household supplies. hot tub was broken previous renter, and Kyle let us know as soon as he found out. bummer it couldn't get fixed in time for us, but it happens.

Very fun week! Host knew we were visiting with a baby so he went out of his way to buy a pack-n-play and high chair for the house. Host is very nice and willing to do whatever. His response time was so quick it felt like I was texting a friend. The house was as cool as the description and pictures. To top it off, it was dog friendly!! Definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a Gatlinburg experience of living in the woods. We had a great time!

The road in and out is just crazy and was so twisted that ya felt like ya might fall off the side. The drive way is a little steep and can’t really turn around at the top when you have several vehicles there but the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and had so much space. We never felt like we were on top of eachother. The pictures are exactly how it looks. Great stay!

The Echo Canyon Lodge was the perfect weekend home for me and my friends. The cabin had a spacious layout with great amenities. A very nice place to get away and have your privacy, but a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Well worth the stay for the value!

A perfect spot for our couple’s retreat. Our first time in the cabins and definitely not our last. Kyle is a wonderful host and the cabin is beautiful, welcoming, clean, and plenty of room. When I tell you he responds to questions asap believe me! Can’t wait to bring the children to experience it next and will be reserving the same spot. Thank you Kyle it was a wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. So clean, cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay there during Christmas. Cabin was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Just bring food and clothes and you’re all set for a great vacation! Would definitely recommend this beautiful cabin for a memorable fun alternative to hotels. Our family 6 adults 2 children and 2 well behaved Labrador were very comfortable! Kyle's place is amazing!!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. great place for family or friends to relax after a stressful day of navigating Gatlinburg traffic and crowds. The deck with the hot tub is a very relaxing spot for enjoying a beverage or two while either playing games around the table or relaxing in the hot tub. The drive there is very scenic. The cabin makes you forget you just a short drive to all the chaos of town. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gatlinburg. of your looking for quiet nights, soft comfy beds, amazing views and a host who answers super fast and is amazing then book Kyle's place. You WON'T be disappointed!!!!!!

Very nice place. Quiet & peaceful. Not too far away from many popular spots in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg—but far enough to feel like you’re in your own space. Cabin is accurately described and Kyle was quick to respond to me during booking. We had no problem finding the cabin, gaining access inside, or utilizing any of the amenities listed.

Great location, nice to be close to town but still in the mountains, overall satisfied with this place & how quickly Kyle replied if I had a question.

Location of the house is tucked away about 30 minutes from everything (grocery store, parks, attractions). The roads to get to the house are very windy. Great layout with 4 bedrooms with each of their own en suites. Beds were comfortable with a generous amount of towels and washcloths provided. Linen quality was good. The dryer did not work and we were told to hang our clothes to dry which was not a great solution considering the price that we payed to stay here. The cabin needs better kitchenware if you plan on cooking, as the Teflon was scraped off and handles broken. More blankets could have been provided in the bedrooms. Cleanliness needs addressed, needs a good dusting, cob webs taken down and showers need a deep clean. Kyle did respond very quickly when I messaged him about the dryer, just not the solution I was looking for. Check in process was a breeze.

Kyle’s cabin was amazing! My husband and I and some of our friends stayed and had the best time! It was very clean and so spacious. It also had all of the cooking supplies that we needed for making dinner, including spices! Such a great stay!

The cabin was beautiful, a little further from the main strip than I thought It would be, but perfect for getting away from it all. Kyle was a very attentive host and always a message away if I needed anything during my stay.
