Kyle was extremely responsive, especially during a winter storm and was flexible with our arrangements. Property was gorgeous and we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

This was a great place for our huge family to get together for Christmas! There was lots to do and plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed comfortably! Would definitely book again if we come back to the area!

We had so much fun at the Bluegrass Barndo, but it unfortunately falls short in essential details, maintenance, and communication. The unique wiffle ball field and diverse daytime activities are major highlights, but the property lacks upkeep and attention to detail to be exceptional. Comfort is compromised by cheap furniture throughout. The kitchen is equipped with mediocre cookware and plastic serveware. The bar is ill-conceived, lacking glassware and bartending tools. Nightime spot lights are too weak to keep playing outdoor activities past sundown. Communication with Kyle was inconsistent, ranging from prompt to weeks of unresponsiveness. Essential items like dishwasher pods and propane refills were missing upon arrival, requiring on-site fixes that should have been addressed beforehand. Ultimately, the property has a "just enough" vibe. We loved creating lasting memories but the overall experience, considering the price, could be significantly more elevated and cared for.

had a wonderful time at the barndo, many wonderful memories made . loved the pickle ball, the hot tubs as well as the kickball court . spacious and well designed. would definitely recommend!

Kyle provided an amazing space, my buddy is getting married soon and we had some of our friends fly in from other states to meet up for one last hoorah. Kyle provided the needed information to get to the BNB, only downside, I did notice if both hot tubs are active it does trip a fuse. Didn’t affect the stay at all, but something to keep an eye on. Thank you Kyle!!

It was a great stay for our family. We have 10 grandkids and the sports complex was wonderful and used. The grandkids loved and used both hottubs which were not as hot as one might expect which was perfect for our family. Location was great for close hiking of the Red River Gorge. Water park was not far as was miniature golfing. There was plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. Memories captured!! Thanks Kyle for your prompt responses.

My family had a great time! Even though it rained every day of our stay there was plenty to do inside and out when the rain stopped. Mount Sterling was a cute town and the place was within 45 minutes of Red River Gorge. Kyle was super responsive and was able to get maintenance out fast to take care of a couple issues. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of space!

Kyle is the best Airbnb host we’ve Erb seen. His responses are fast and his resolutions nearly immediate. Also, this place is a great place for big families. We always felts like we had something to do, from a great indoor space gang to sports outdoors, the options were wide. Also, Red River Gorge is only about 45 mins away, which we enjoyed a couple of the days.

Very fun air b and b with lots of fun activities to do. The wiffle ball field was so cool, it was the biggest hit with our group. Highly recommend staying here!

If you are thinking about booking this location, do it! There was so much to do at this house--basketball, golf, soccer, movie room, hot tubs, etc. The place was clean and Kyle was great with answering questions and quick response time. The one hot tub was not working while we were there, but Kyle sent someone right away to try and fix it. Even though it rained the one day, there was plenty to do in the house that kept the kids busy. Just a fair warning though, the master bedrooms are the bedrooms with bunk beds in them, so that was a bit strange. The bedrooms with the king-size beds do not have bathrooms in them. The bathroom situation in this house for a large group is difficult. The house sleeps 30 but there are only 4 bathrooms, with two of the bathrooms being in the bunk bed rooms. Other than that, this place was great! You won't be disappointed.

Fun place to hang out for a long weekend. Good value if multiple families/friends are contributing. Interior was neatly designed and adequately stocked.

Place was clean on the inside, all the out door games and things to do need some TLC all there was no hand towels in any bathroom. Overall great trip just wish the cost was better for the quality of the games and outdoor activities.

Our group had an amazing time! We had a large group there for a birthday celebration and it felt like summer camp when you were a kid. If you have a large group of people that really enjoy playing games and activities with each other, this place will be perfect for you.

This location was beautiful and amenities were correctly listen. The actual Airbnb was nice, however there were two beds that were not washed properly and had residual hair from former guests. One bed had a noticeable odor that was extremely unpleasant. People in our group left early due to this.

We hosted a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip here, and it was absolutely perfect! As 4-H camp counselors, this property gave us the ultimate camp experience. With 19 beds, tons of space, and amazing amenities like a baseball field (great for kickball), a soccer field (perfect for our mega relay), and a golf area, there was never a dull moment. Kyle, the host, was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. If you’re looking for a fun, spacious retreat with endless activities, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Had my brother’s bachelor party here and worked out great! Plenty of room and fun things to do. Kyle was a great host and easy going. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

This place was AWESOME! We had 11 adult and 6 kids, there was plenty to keep the kids busy, and plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when needed. The outdoor space was more than I could have imagined, and we enjoyed it. The bar area is where the adults hung out every night after the kids were put to sleep. It’s a nice space, and the noise coming from that area was not heard InThe other parts of the house. Kyle was amazing to work with. We had a house from another company rented for our weekend and they cancelled our trip with less than 24 hour notice. I contacted Kyle through email and ask if he could please response to my request to book the property asap, and in fact he did just that. Within just a few minutes we had the Barndo rented. Our Family Christmas was saved and everyone was back to packing so we could keep our weekend back on schedule. If I could rate this place a 10 plus, that’s what it would be, hands down! We will be back!!! Thanks again Kyle.

This place was AWESOME. We booked it for a company retreat and it fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room for entertaining, lots of activities, great bar area. We played basketball in the backyard court most of the time; still need to come back to golf and play baseball! My team and I loved it and will definitely be back for our next group outing. Kyle’s place was the perfect location for my husbands 50th birthday celebration. Although we celebrated in the cold and did not utilize most of the outdoor space, it was the perfect location and space for the event we were hosting. Kyle was responsive and a great host. We recently booked a stay at Kyle's barn house for our church youth camp, and it turned out to be a truly blessed experience! After our initial Airbnb cancellation just a week before our trip, we were relieved to find this gem. Kyle was incredibly responsive during the booking process, promptly answering all our questions and making us feel welcomed from the start. The barn house was perfect for our large group of about 40 people. The house was impressively clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The spacious kitchen was ideal for preparing meals for our large group. Our youth particularly loved the amenities, especially the pickleball court and golf area, which provided hours of fun and bonding.Situated in the countryside, the location was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets that made our evenings magical. Any requests we had were addressed swiftly and professionally by Kyle, ensuring our stay was seamless. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!
