The house was originally built with handicap accessibility in mind. There is a ramp in the garage that leads directly to the main floor. The 1st floor bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the basement is a walk-in level with no steps.

Due to the recent flooding in the area, the speakeasy room will be temporarily unavailable for guest use.
The pole barn does not include electricity and AC as part of its amenities. However, it is undergoing through the process of those being added as a bonus feature we decided to pursue. There is still plenty of natural light that comes in when the two overhead garage doors are opened during daytime.
