Welcome to Wild Wild Warehouse, an 8,000 sq ft Cowboy vs. Alien Airbnb Mega-Plex unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Battle in a 16-player laser tag arena beneath 300 music-synced hex lights, splash in an indoor party pool w/ volleyball, compete with a full-court sports arena, conquer infinity mini golf, play at the commercial park, sing away at the cowboy karaoke stage, soak in the hot tub, gather around the firepit, & enjoy access to a public football stadium w/ bleachers. Sleeps 30. 6BR/3BA.
💦Pool:
If the pool is undergoing maintenance, repairs, or is otherwise unavailable during your stay, no discounts or refunds will be issued.
Drainage Fees:
Unauthorized Draining: Guests who drain the pool will be charged a $2,000 fee plus full liability for any resulting damage.
Excessive Soil Fee: If improper use requires us to drain, deep clean, and refill the water after your stay, a $650 fee will apply.
Safety & Glass Policy: Strictly no diving. Absolutely no glass containers in or near the water. If glass breaks or any glass remnants are found, a $3,000 fee will be charged to cover full draining, cleaning, and safety inspection costs.
🐶PETS:
• Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. No cats.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
🚭SMOKING:
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS:
We DO NOT allow unauthorized parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.

“Great place if you have a lot of kids to entertain!! We had kids ranging from ages 9-15. I think there was something for everyone to do! Had enough space for everyone to sleep and had even space in the kitchen for all the cooking :) The warehouse was clean and great that they have a washer and dryer so we could keep up with some towel laundry if needed. The warehouse was so fun for the kids to run around and get their energy out. I think the indoor pool and basketball court got used the most for sure!! Would recommend if you were going with a group, so much fun!!”

“Had a great weekend getaway at the party barn. Kids were not told where we were going and when we opened the door they were blown away. Such an amazing place to stay and the kids/adults had so many fun things to do. We want to make this a yearly trip for the family and this place and the other hosts places are on our radar.”

“We spent four days with family of all ages here. Everyone had a great time! Pool is awesome! It had flipped a breaker and we had to reach out they responded in minutes and we had it going in minutes after that. Simple, quick fix. Hot tub was great! We were able to spend nights out at the fire pit visiting. Had lots of fun with the kids on the playground and some fun games played at the hoops and pool table also. Sleeping arrangements worked out great for us and our fur babies were able to tag along. Quiet town that we took walks to the football field so the kids could play outside for a bit. Had a great week and glad we chose to go there as it was close to home and so fun for something to do in Iowa.”

“We had a great time staying at Kyle’s airbnb. The pics did a great job of showcasing this incredible airbnb. There is so much to do in this space and the art/murals/decor were beautiful. So many beds, but still plenty of space in the rooms. Such a unique property; you’d never know you were in small town Iowa. Kyle was an amazing host and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Our family of four stopped by on our drive back home because we thought the kids might enjoy it a lot. They loved it! Kyle’s place was awesome! The playground was a lot of fun! The pool was super nice and actually heated really well. Everything was clean and it was better than we thought it would be. We were able to have groceries delivered so we never left once we arrived. We would definitely stop by again if in the area.”

“Wild wild warehouse is an awesome place. So many things to keep everyone busy doing something. The kids had so much fun in the indoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit at night. We had room for everyone to have their own bedroom. I don't think you could find another place like this in Iowa. My only suggestions would be there needs to be some wash clothes and dish clothes. Some curtains in the East facing bathroom. Other than that what a fantastic place.”
