Rent your very own private helicopter that picks up/drops off right on our property's very own helipad through our exclusive partnership with Lake Superior Helicopters!

2. 🏁 ATV RENTAL ($500/reservation)
AVAILABLE AFTER JUNE 15TH!
Our barn sits on 10 acres with private ATV/hiking trails. Rent our on site Polaris during your stay for an additional $500/reservation.
Waiver must be signed before access to ATV is provided. Must be 25+ to rent.
3. 🐴 ON-SITE HORSE EXPERIENCE ($300/hr)
Our barn neighbors a private horse farm and the owner offers our guests exclusive access to tour the farm and interact with the horses and donkeys!
The experience is $300/hr with up to 4 people at a time. An adult must be part of the group of 4, but otherwise you can swap out who is in the group and take turns so everyone can see the horses.
The owner of the farm needs a 2 week+ advance notice if you'd like to reserve time with her and the experience is subject to her availability.
Note our property goes right up to the horse farm so the horses can still be viewed from our property's driveway for free, but petting the horses is only included as part of the paid experience.

“What a fun place for a family gathering! The Big Sky Barn House offers so many game and sports options within its walls that the kids had a blast — especially jumping down the 3 story slide. The adults enjoyed competitive dart games, skee ball, pool and the hot tub. Dinners were easy to make and serve with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of dining space. Beds were very comfortable, and the laundry room was appreciated. Our host was very responsive and handled a plumbing issue promptly and successfully. If you’re looking for a space that will accommodate your family under one roof, the Big Sky Barn House is amazing.”

My grandkids had a wonderful time and my adult children had a skee ball tournament 😊. We didn’t use the atv or helicopter but there was still plenty to do. The kids enjoyed the slide. Even my adult children. Also the hot tub. Kyle was very responsive throughout our stay. We took a trip to the north shore about 2 hours away. We made many memories.”

“My family and I had a great time at the big sky barn house! There were 30 of us and this home was able to accommodate us all. The kids had a blast with the slide, pool table, mini basketball hoop, arcade room, hot tub, skee ball, and more! There was so much to do in the indoor playground and the mini golf was a nice touch. The communication prior to booking could’ve been better but once we were there, the hosts were very responsive and checked in on our experience. We definitely would come back again!”

“Our family of 26 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. We had 15 grand kids, 12 and under, all the way up to a 91 year old. Everyone enjoyed their time at the Barn and kept busy the whole time. The kids were worn out and slept great both nights. They were running up the stairs to go down the slide over and over. The kitchen had most everything we needed. There were several cabinets full of glasses. With 15 grand kids we were too afraid we would break them so didn't plan on using them... but I finally realized they were plastic so we did use them. 😊 We all agree that we had the most fun we ever had as a family. If you search Face Book (Big Sky Barnhouse in Cloquet) you should be able to see my daughter Heidi's, short video of our weekend there. Big smiles throughout the video. There is already talk of going back next year.”
