How big are the properties?

Our homes are made for connection and can host 20–40 guests comfortably. With bunk rooms, large dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out.

Family stayed for a Christmas family reunion. The theater room, pickleball/sports barn, nerf arena were all huge hits that the family and kids loved. They even decorated the house with Christmas decorations and a tree! We had some issues along the way but Kyle and the team were very attentive and helped resolve the issues in a timely matter even though this was during the holidays.

We spent Thanksgiving here with our 5 adult children and their kids. Our 12 year old grandson caught “the biggest catfish of his life” on “the best day of his life” in the property’s lake. And we all got in daily walks to the mind blowing park where the road dead ends. We were amazed by the restaurant options in the tiny town of Irvine KY (La Cabana & Steam Engine Pizza). With two kitchens the cooks in the family prepared a classic Thanksgiving feast. While remote, this place is just 10 minutes from a 4 lane, an easy 28 minutes from Red River Gorge and of course just three miles from a Dollar General. The sizes of the TV’s in the house are almost comically BIG, I have pictures of all of us sitting in the living room on game day. We set up by the fire pit just before sundown for family photos with the lake in the background. Admittedly it was a lot of money but I’ve already replaced the memory of the cost with the memories of having our entire family under one roof.

Great place, beautiful surroundings. 35 minute drive to Natural Bridge and surrounding hikes. We had 3 families (15 total people), plenty of space. Could easily have had a 4th family. The basketball fieldhouse is great, especially for inclement weather. Note that the basketball fieldhouse is smaller than you would think, hoops are at 7.5-8' feet. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Lovely home!! Our extended family of 14 had a great time playing at the house and at red river gorge. We should have stayed longer than 4 days! The gist was very responsive… we had difficulty with the door lock and he called back immediately and helped us resolve the problem. The only issues we had were mi or inconveniences… nothing that would stop me from booking again! There was no AC in the pole building (we just played early in the morning or in the evening) and the towels were damp and mildewy (just rewashed them). There was also a sewer smell in one of the basement rooms (just kept door closed).

We really enjoyed out time at this house. The pond is beautiful! We enjoyed floating in it, the Kayaks and fishing. It was so beautiful in the morning to sit and drink coffee by the water. The pickle ball court was great fun! The house had so much room and everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back sometime.

Door was dead bolted so could not get in. Maintenance man was there so got in thru front door. Place was not clean. Floors were dirty, carpet had stains, bed comforters and blankets had dog hair on them, toilet did not work properly, tub did not drain, most pots&pans did not work on induction stovetop, stovetop was cracked and vent was greasy, some dishes in cupboard were not clean, mice issue, games did not work, activity building had no electricity so could not use at night or cool off during the day with mini split installed, fire pit had fallen top rail and left on ground with screws protruding, gas grill was filthy, deck boards needed work, pond did not have a beach that was usable, (covered in seaweed, leaves, sticks, and no sand), dock area surrounded by seaweed, leaves, and sticks, mold on walls in speak easy and in basement bedroom closet giving musty smell, landscape needed trimming, hot tub was usable but needed cleaning, needs some cleaning supplies.
