Sydneys place was great! Just as described. They were very attentive to all Of our questions. They were also very accommodating in check in and check out! Beds were great! The playroom was a hit! My kids never wanted to leave! We will Definitely stay there again!

My family and I came to Charolette from Delaware to see the Carolina Panthers for my son’s Christmas gift. The house was very easy to find and easy to check in. The house was stocked with everything you would need for a stay. I forgot shampoo and conditioner and it was already there. My little ones also had a blast with arcade and table games they had also. Was a great clean home also. When I would need to reach out the home owner was very quick and friendly.

Exactly as advertised. We were there for exams and being able to take a break from studying in the game room was just what we needed.

The home was not vacuumed, the linens were dirty, the HVAC register on the second level had significant build up on it. The build up reveals that the home is not cared for. I do not know what a super host is any longer. That title use to mean that all paper products were provided, the home was clean, extra trash bags were available etc. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this home.

There was a single issue but it was handled quickly and the rest of the stay was marvelous. Great plave and will stay here again!

Great central location to the city and the surrounding areas we visited. Not the type of place you’ll walk around to restaurants but easy to drive. They were very responsive and the house was very clean.

Dylan was very responsive anytime I needed anything. The house is VERY spacious and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The game room (garage) was very fun for the kids. Overall experience was a 10/10. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The house offered plenty of space and the arcade gaming system in the garage was a nice plus for my kids. The house was very clean. The immediate area around the house was nice with several new construction developments but just outside of that area left a lot to be desired. We had a few minor issues and Dylan was very responsive. However, there were a bunch of things that disappointed us - for example, the grass was in need of a cut badly so we didn’t use the backyard at all. Also, the fans gave us an issue every day - one remote operated all 3 fans upstairs which caused problems at times by turning on/off the lights/fan in the wrong room. Additionally, the door knobs were all loose and one fell off completely when we closed the door. Based on how responsive Dylan was, I’m sure he will address all of the issues we reported and it will be a great place for others to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s home. We loved the arcade room and had several ping pong tournaments over the weekend. We also appreciated that we mentioned we were bringing our toddler and they had a pack n play and high chair already set up upon our arrival. 😊😊 It’s a beautiful, family friendly home that will definitely make you want to stay for awhile!

I’ve stayed at pet friendly places in the past and it’s been about a 50% success story. Sydney and Dylan’s place was great, very clean and looked just like the pictures. The backyard is fenced in and was perfect for our frenchies.

Perfect place to stay with dogs and within 15 minutes to almost everything. Tons of space and beds so comfortable. Backyard with perfect to hang out and watch the pups play in the fenced in back yard. Extremely clean home and lots of closet space.

Great location, near the airport and easy to get to bars and breweries. Stayed with a couple of friends for an event and the house was nicely set up for sitting and chatting around a table.

The place is as described and close proximity to city and good restaurants. Nice to have the fur babies welcome too, backyard safe for dog.

This was a WONDERFUL experience all the way around. The home was SO cute and cozy, in a great location, and just amazing. It was clean, the yard is gorgeous. Honestly it was such a cute place that it definitely moved Charlotte up on mine and my husband’s list of places to live one day. There was so much room and just everything you could really need in an airbnb. It was definitely worth it and you would never ever get a space even half as nice in a hotel for double the cost. If I could give it infinite stars, I would.

Vi var i Charlotte för min dotters college graduation. Vi var fem som bodde i huset och vi hade gott om plats. Bra och stora badrum och stora garderober. Fräscht och fint. Sällskapsytorna på bottenvåningen var rymliga och trädgården stor. Köket kunde varit lite bättre utrustat, fanns bara fyra kaffemuggar och även några glas som saknades. Men i det stora hela, ok. Vår värdinna svarade snabbt när vi frågade saker och allt gick att lösa. Närheten till flygplatsen är fantastiskt bra. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ashley’s home is perfect! The location is close to downtown and the airport. The home itself is beautiful and very spacious, perfect for families or groups. Ashley was also super helpful and kind, allowing us to extend our stay an extra night. 100% would recommend if considering!

This home was clean and spacious for a small family. We had a nice stay for one weekend. The place was as described and as shown in photos. It was easy to find. The neighborhood seems to be in transition - not a destination itself but fairly close to Charlotte visit spots. A nearby train sounded its horn repeatedly in the early morning hours which didn’t bother us much but might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Ashley is a wonderful host! Incredibly responsive and always friendly. Major bonus with this host not having lengthy checkout to-dos, which made my own normal routine even nicer to do to feel like I was “helping”. Also thrilled that the bed was firm and not the typical mush cloud. Once the construction in the area is complete, this area will be very nice!

This is a beautiful home at a very reasonable price! It is immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and a nice layout. If you need 3 bedrooms in Charlotte for a great price-look no further! We spent 4 days in comfort and safety with nothing to complain about.

Place was awesome! Super clean and neat. Was not aware of host not providing propane tank for fire pit or matches until the day of check in. Make sure you take your own. But overall, everything was exactly like in the photos.

Ashley was a really great.

I thought the house was very cute and in a convenient location to a lot of places we wanted to go to. When inquiring about the place, the listing was inaccurate. It originally said we could use the garage, but after asking, that was inaccurate and they changed that on said listing simply because I addressed it. It also labeled that there was a Keurig machine, which was not there. Also, be aware that on the street, it says “no street parking.” After asking a kind neighbor, allegedly, they do not enforce it. However, we were worried when we arrived and it was posted on the street. Lastly, there was no shower liner, just a curtain, so it wasn’t drying effectively. Just some details that should be noted here. Ashley was helpful, but I just wanted to address a few things. The house overall was great for a couples trip!

This place was spotlessly clean and just like the photos. It was nicely decorated and had TVs with Netflix in every room. You’ll definitely need a car because it’s located in a low income suburban neighborhood that’s being converted to townhomes. Everything we wanted to do was a 15-20 minute drive away on the highway and there was lots of construction noise that started early in the morning. It’s not walkable to uptown Charlotte, but does have a nice patio, a fenced in yard and fire pit. Good option for families with kids.

This place was so clean and nice on the inside, exactly as described. It was perfect for what we needed it for. It rained the entire time we were there but the backyard is huge and we would’ve been out there all weekend if not for the rain. It’s very close to downtown charlotte. I will say, the houses on that street seem fine but, the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketch, I wouldn’t take my dogs for walks or walk alone. But overall we loved it and would rent again.

The Charlotte area had experienced severe winter weather with power outages 2 days before our scheduled visit to Mecklenburg County. Our original AB&B reservation with Heather in Huntersville had to be canceled, but Heather, AB&B support and Ashley jumped in ON CHRISTMAS EVE and helped us find this rental. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for the entire AB&B team. To top it off, the unit was perfect for our needs. 1. With relatives flying in for our gathering, the 10 minute drive to the airport was the best imaginable. With relatives in south Charlotte and Huntersville, we never had more than a 30 minute drive to enjoy family and a Davidson Womens bball game. 2. Pet friendly, we had 3 large dogs, who are older and easy to handle in a rental, but it’s not easy to find a great spot. The back yard was fantastic for our canine family. 3. The king beds were perfect for our family of 3 couples. 4. And most important, Ashley responded promptly to every question.

House is gorgeous! Felt right at home. Thermostat upstairs & downstairs. Bathrooms spacious & GORGEOUS! The whole house was really clean. All tvs were smart. Home is in an older neighborhood that’s building new homes. A little noise during the day because of construction but nothing annoying. Lots of dishes & pots/pans/utensils. Beds are FIRM & pillows slept great. No complaints. Really a gem. If in the area would def return.

I’ve used Ashley for her other Airbnbs,and jumped at the opportunity to book and have family come the homes are as described, beautifully decorated, close to everything ( stores, food, lounges, bars) the area that the home is located in was peaceful, and quiet, we were comfortable, Ashley and Nichole were both very responsive.

The house was perfect for our family! Everything was very clean. We were thankful that there weren’t any wall plugins with fake fragrances masking lingering odors. There was none of that at all (even with it being a pet friendly stay)! With each room having king sized beds and a fenced in backyard, it was a no brainer for us and our doggos! The host was very responsive. Learn from our mistake though and be careful with the lock to make sure it engages into the door properly! 🙃 Lastly, check out was a breeze and didn’t include some long list of chores (like many other Airbnbs do) which was lovely!

We loved, loved this Airbnb. It was so very clean!! The rooms all had king size beds with firm, comfortable mattresses, plenty of pillows and clean sheets. Nothing felt dingy. Plenty of towels were provided and dishes. We loved that there was filtered water available as my entire family has their own bottles we refill. There is a one car garage that we were able to utilize so all 3 of our cars could be parked off the street. We also made sure we found a place that had plenty of seating: the table had 6 chairs and the couches were plenty. If we were ever to need to stay in this area again I would definitely go back. Any future Airbnb’s will have quite a high bar to meet on cleanliness. We really really enjoyed this location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and situated in a good spot that is close to lots of breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and various other entertainment venues. The fenced in back yard is awesome and private. We would definitely recommend renting here.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here! The home looks exactly as pictured. The back yard was great for our dogs (the grass has grown in nicely as of Oct 2022). The location was very convenient to downtown Charlotte. The neighborhood felt safe, and we walked our dogs with no issues. There is construction of new homes starting behind the house, but it wasn't too noisy while we were there. The internet was great, and we were both able to work remotely at the same time with no issues.

The house was great, everything is practically brand new and the house was very clean. TVs in all the bedrooms, comfortable beds. About a 15-20 minute drive to Charlotte depending on traffic. The house location itself felt safe, however about a mile away was questionable. We could hear trains at night from the bedrooms but we didn’t mind. The house has a nice fenced in backyard so if you bring your pup, it’s super convenient. Beautiful home!

Beautifully decorated home! Very close to majority of venues. Home is definitely a diamond in the rough. Neighborhood is a little ghetto, but nothing I wasn’t used to. There is garage you can park one car in at night. Everything was beautiful in the home. Beds are very comfortable and huge. Shower wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, towels all provided. TVs in all rooms. Only suggestions for improvement: the ceiling fans upstairs seemed to be somehow linked together so if one person turned on a ceiling fan then they would all come on and I wish there was a full body mirror somewhere.

The home is very clean, cozy and modern. The neighbors were really quiet though we did hear gunshots which isn’t really uncommon throughout most of Charlotte. The neighborhood isn’t exactly the best but there are a lot of great shops and restaurants within about a mile and a half or so.

This was an awesome place to stay. The king size beds in ALL the bedrooms were very comfortable. The amenities provided were perfect. The space was beautifully decorated. It was close to airport and downtown. Very quiet. I would stay again and recommend to friends in a heartbeat!!

Great place. Clean and well appointed. Host is very responsive. This may seem like a small thing, but we loved that we didn’t have to do anything when we left except put the trash in the bin. They took care of towels and sheets.

Beautiful and comfortable house in Charlotte NC in a developing area. We felt safe all throughout our time there. We liked the location of the house, being very central as we had planned to visit different cities in the vicinity. Ashley and their team was quick to respond to our inquiries. The only issue we had was the house wasn’t clean. The bed sheets were clean, the bathrooms tub and toilets were not. There was make up all over the bathroom walls and hair on the baseboards. The oven was dirty. I reached out to Ashley and they were quick to reply. Supposedly they sent someone to the house to take care of the dirty items, didn’t see a difference. Cleanliness is a big one for us especially when traveling with a baby. Didn’t give them a 5 star review because of this.

This home is new and decorated beautifully...VERY clean! Beds appear to be harder at first, but once you are settled in, they were all comfortable! Everyone in our party (so all the bedrooms) complimented the beds. Great layout and the morning back patio was so serene...houses are close together but still there was privacy. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything and the host, Ashley, was accessible and responsive and tried her best to accommodate our early arrival. I will stay here again for sure :)

Loved this property. Very centrally located never had to travel more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Host was a great help with making any accommodations to booking and making us aware of any weather hazards during our stay. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This house is in the PERFECT location. 10-15 minute drive away from everything. The house was clean, chic, and perfect for our girls trip. It fit 6 of us but you can definitely get away with 7 if someone doesn’t mind sleeping on the couch. I will definitely book this location again the next time I visit.

Enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The place itself was a beautiful home. The layout was great, plenty of parking, modern decor, smart TVs in every room, king beds in all the rooms, super clean, smart lock (helpful to share the code with your family/friends), provided Keurig coffee and creamer, ice machine worked, large table for 6 people, garage parking, etc. we stay at a lot of Airbnbs and this was definitely a nice, new/modern one. The locations is in an up and coming area, I wouldn’t say it’s super walkable. But it is close to downtown (we went to a Hornets game) and close to our fav bbq spot, Noble Smoke!

Words can't describe the lovely time my family and I had. There was ample space for everyone to move about downstairs for our Thanksgiving dinner. We specifically booked this place because of its proximity to Bank of America stadium and downtown Charlotte, we were in Charlotte for a Panther’s game after all. This is a new construction so my boyfriend and I were the first ones to be able to experience this property! All of the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. I must say the pictures do not do the property justice! From the outside it may look a bit small, but it is quite large, spacious and has everything you need and more! It was also very clean, even by my standards since I carry cleaning supplies with me lol. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Charlotte area, please do not look any further and book this beautiful place! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Ashley for everything!
