Good house for extanded family. We stayed for almost a week with our extended family, and it was a great space as we had a private bed & bath downstairs and they got to enjoy the entire upstairs.

My kids loved staying here. There was so much for them to do, they had a blast with air hockey, foosball and chess and stayed off the electronics for the most part. We dealt with the cohost Dylan who was on it with any requests and very accommodating. We go to Greensboro quite often as our boys swim and this place is 4-5 mins away from the Greensboro Aquatics Center. We definitely plan on staying there again!

We were able to find this home to visit family for Thanksgiving. I communicated mostly with Dylan who was very responsive and prompt. The house fit our needs perfectly and is located in a convenient part of Greensboro. They provided a list of recommendations, clear expectations, and instructions. We used a few when we weren’t having turkey. The house is laid out well with a downstairs master and a huge game room upstairs. My kids 7, 5, and 1 really enjoyed the space and it gave them a place to horse around while my parents got a break downstairs. We did not get to go out back due to the cold, but it seems like a good space as well. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cookware for cooking if needed. We were able to house my family of five, my parents, and my brother comfortably and not get on each other’s nerves somehow. I highly recommend the place if you’re coming to Greensboro.

The house was very nice, clean and large. Everything was just as described and we felt very safe there. Very close to shopping center, grocery stores and restaurants. Dylan always answered any questions right away. We were there for work so I wish we would have got to enjoy the house more. We definitely recommend and definitely would stay again.

This home was the perfect place for my family with all the conveniences of home and then some. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and bathrooms for cleaning up after being out in the summer heat. The kitchen was stocked with pots and utensils and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. But the best feature of all was the game room that the kids loved so much. At the end of the day we had a welcoming living room with a large TV with access to streaming services to relax in or we could go up stairs to the game room and hang out or just crawl into bed and watch TV til we fell asleep. This is a wonderful home and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would most definitely book again.

John's place was perfect for us. It was close to the Coliseum. The beds were comfortable and everything was spacious and clean. It was a busy weekend, so we didn't have time to enjoy the gameroom, but it looked like fun.

Good spot if you are looking to be near downtown! Lindley park/walkertown about a mile and a half away with great restaurant options, I love Lindley Park filling station! Place was clean and as advertised!

This house was perfect for our swim meet at GAC! Extremely close to the aquatic center, made it easy to go back and forth when needed or even sleep in before morning swims. The house was as described, extremely comfortable and fun for the boys with the game room. The access to multiple restaurants and the Friendly shopping center was also a plus. Also gave us an extra hour to check out, A+ communication!

The stay was great! The beds were very comfortable! The master bathroom was beautiful! The house was very spacious. The was plenty of room for everyone to move around. The furniture was beautiful too. The kids and adults loved the gameroom. The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a beautiful home. It is on the corner of an intersection, but is relatively quite. The loft area with the games is an amazing hangout. In the summer the back yard would be a great spot to have a cookout. The owner was very responsive. It had all new amenities.

Last minute booking after escaping the floods in our Airbnb in Boone. John was quick to respond and made it easy to check in. Place has plenty of space for our party of 6, used the fire pit out back ( bought logs at the Food Lion up the road). Snagged breakfast each morning at Biscuitville, good stuff.

We had a wonderful stay at John's place in Greensboro. The house was clean, beautiful, and even larger than it appeared in the photos. Check-in was straightforward, and John’s clear communication made everything easy. His responsiveness and hospitality were much appreciated. As a military family currently stationed on the east coast, we were especially touched by his kind gesture regarding our pet. We would love to stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

I really don't know what more to say beyond what the AirBnB review process asked me about the property. I booked this AirBnB last minute because the other one I had booked cancelled on me last minute. John was very responsive and always prepared to fix any issue I encountered. I only had one minor issue of slightly loose screws in some of the furniture, resulting in some minor wobbling, which was easily/quickly remedied. Everything else was exactly as promised, spacious, clean, and overall made the stay seamless and comfortable. Host instructions were clear and reasonable in regards to check in and check out.

House is on the corner of a busy roadway, lots of vehicle noise! Hard egress backing out of the driveway on the corner is tough with minimal traffic. The yard was uncut, the property is advertised with a fire pit, which was in the backyard however the yard was not mowed and grass was high enough not to be able to sit by a fire. Lots of insects in the house particularly spiders. Majority of the amenities are of lower quality, I would say almost average but well used. The fees are excessive $200 cleaning fee yet did not feel the house was cleaned to that level. Daily price was more than what it should have been. Home is within a 5 mile trade zone with great food options and shopping.

Enjoyed the visit. While I would have preferred a home closer to market the drive was easy. Had it if been closer I am certain we would have had to pay much more. Great communication and excellent service.

Good stay in a house that was just as advertised. John was very responsive and a good host. I was a little surprised that the cleaning fee didn't cover stripping the beds or collecting the trash, but that's the only complaint. The house was very nice in a convenient location to the Coliseum area. I would certainly stay here again.

John was absolutely amazing. My family and I drove 10+ hours only to go to our first Airbnb, that was DISGUSTING…We needed to get into another place ASAP. John was so helpful and got us in as soon as he could, THANK GOD!! The house was stunning! You can definitely tell it is a new build/renovation. So comfortable, definitely felt like a home away from home! My family and I are planning another trip to NC and we will DEFINITELY be staying in this house again!!! BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! The host was AMAZING!!! So close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was so easy to get to and the neighborhood was so quiet. Definitely a ton of space and cozy beds!! Fun little play/game area upstairs to just hang out in. It was a pleasure staying in the this home. I can definitely see how John became a SUPER HOST in just 8 months! Great job!
