Beautiful home and Great Host!

I honestly love this place from the photos it spoke to me. I love the decor and the host is very thoughtful. I sat at the table with the view of the back yard of the birds and cried like a baby because I did not want to leave. I treated this lovely space as if it was mine as it was so beautiful and clean. Awesome house just the right size for maximum comfort for three people.

The place just as described…nice and overall clean and quiet.felt very comfortable and safe.

House was as pictured in the photos. In a very safe environment and within 10 minutes driving distance from everything. Ran into a little situation during the stay but Dylan was very helpful with the situation and fixed the issue. Will definitely be staying back at their location when I travel again!

The house was nice and clean. The host was not helpful, not welcoming at all. I will never stay with these people again. We were told we could bring our emotional support pets with us for no additional charges only for them to send us a balance the last night staying at the house. The house had heating problems and when we asked about getting heat thats when the problems came in.

Cornels home was beautiful and very clean! It was in a great location. Will definitely choose this home again when visiting the area!

This space was very clean and spacious. My party and I loved it and the host made the experience top tier with their willingness to be there and respond to any concerns I may have had. I will definitely be booking again!

2 couples rented this place for a weekend in charlotte. The place was nice and convenient for us. The beds were perfect. To me the hot water could be a little hotter and the if the ice machine worked then it would of been better. But not a deal breaker at all. Everything was perfect.

Very beautiful home as pictured; however, there were a couple of issues. Upon arrival we learned that the second bedroom tv was not working and when notified host we were told that they were having some difficulties with that television and it would more than likely need to be replaced. Secondly, on the second night of our stay in the middle of the night when I awoke to use the bathroom there were two cockroaches in there coming from the master bathroom vanity. When waking my family, another was found in the hallway in which I took pictures and videos of all and sent to the host and was told that the pest control came to spray prior to my arrival to understand that I am in the south, it just rained, and she wishes I would have informed her sooner. She continued to thank me for my professionalism but failed to validate my concerns, I was really taken back with the responses. My family’s comfort is my number one priority and it was not there with this home.

Cute newer home, we will be back.

My experience at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house was immaculately clean, lending to an inviting and comfortable environment right from the start. Its coziness made it feel like a home away from home and was perfect for a restful getaway. The host played a significant role in the overall positive experience. Their communication was clear and prompt, making both check-in and check-out processes a breeze. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, which was greatly appreciated.

Love this airbnb, look just like the picture! Did have issues with getting in the front door but I called Ashley and the co host and they were super helpful. Love love the living room and kitchen the entire house is beautiful pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful backyard as well!

We just finished up another great stay with Ashley. This house is very nice. We found it to be clean and well-appointed. The design is an open floor plan with plenty of room and a bunch of natural light. Bedding and towels are good quality and Ashley adds some nice touches to make you feel right at home. The fenced back yard was a bonus for our dog. We definitely recommend.

Ashley was very proactive on any issues, gave us great suggestions and responded very quickly about any issues.

Perfect location. Everyplace I wanted to visit was 5-15 minutes away. I didn’t have the best experience with cleanliness which included dusty vents, stained sofas, pet hair on rug. I normally wouldn’t mention “dust” on vents but it was completely covered in dust. Hopefully that’s taken care of soon for future guests. Kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedrooms are clean. Long lasting hot water. Comfortable bed - had some of the best sleep. Easily adjustable smart thermostat. Weather dropped this weekend and the heater worked perfectly. Nice yard but could use a trim. Minimal left over animal droppings from previous owners. Our pups loved the yard! One of them did end up with 1 flea that was removed quickly and didn’t find another after. If I did, I probably would have rebooked another listing. It’s a quiet neighborhood across the street from a school. I felt safe overall. The ring doorbell with camera did give me peace of mind. Easy and quick communication with hosts. They were very kind, accommodating and prompt to respond. I recommend 4/5 stars. I would only stay here again if vent dusts were cleaned and sofa replaced or at least deep cleaned to remove the staining. Overall a good home.

Clean and accurately depicted

Ashley's place was beautiful. It was about 7 minute drive to downtown and the Panthers stadium. I stayed for three days and the neighborhood was quiet. The house itself it exactly what you see in the pictures. The place was very clean and put together when we arrived. There was no problem's checking into the house as Ashley provided perfect information before we arrived. Wasn't difficult at all. Ashely's communication throughout the whole trip was amazing. It was nice to know that someone was available 24 hours if we needed to reach out for help on anything (Which we didn't). I would totally stay here again if I'm in the Charlotte area.

Quiet, comfortable, this was a business trip. After each tough day the patio and mattress were the perfect combination I needed to release!! Great place!!!

Home was nice and spacious! Plenty of room to move around and enjoy a weekend away from home. Home was fairly clean. Could be an option for next time in town! Host was friendly and available even dropped off some extra supplies which was nice and came in handy. Home close to a variety of things to do; shopping, food, night life, walmart.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days in Ashley’s home and the stay was great. The home was extremely clean when we arrived, and check in went seamlessly. The location of the home was close to everything we wanted to do. Heading to the airport was quick and easy from the home, only about 13 mins away. I will definitely rent this place again.

Loved the location. There’s a trail close by to walk/exercise, which was great. Walmart was close by, which was helpful!! 😊 Loved the comfy furniture, the bed and couch were great. And we loved the amount of blankets offered through the house. A nice stay!!

The house was perfect! One of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with. I appreciate Ashley and her attention and care to detail.

Ashley was very prompt in her response to my questions and she was very polite. I truly enjoyed our visit because of how spacious the home was and how comfortable Ashley made us feel. We arrived late so she left the porch light on for us. How thoughtful! The internet was also not working so she stopped by to fix it in a timely fashion. This home has a beautiful open layout on the main floor that shares space to the kitchen and dining room to overlook an adorable fenced in back yard. It's close to shopping centers, grocery stores and great food locations. The size of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The closet space was also perfect for all of our luggage and kid things! Parents, you know what I mean. haha I let Ashley know of some suggestions for the home as I wasn't sure if she was aware. See below The rug in the master bedroom poses a danger as we tripped over it multiple times and our kids almost fell and hit their heads. It's rolled upward due to previous traffic. Ants on main level floor (that's sometimes hard to prevent) Air conditioner leaking off roof, on to patio and we couldn't enjoy your patio set, unfortunately. Freezer leaking Tums left on floor (it poses a threat to kiddos) No light switch covers (kiddo protection needed) No gate at top and bottom of staircase Hair in bathroom (Thank you for taking care of that promptly. That meant a lot to us.) Sink in master bath not working (that wasn't a huge deal as there was another one. However, it would've been nice to have my own Momma space as it's lacking at home and I wanted a complete get away. With all of that being said, we absolutely recommend this home and will be staying here again, should those recommendations be addressed. Ashley was wonderful to communicate with and her prompt responses and actions show that this means a lot to her. Thanks for the memories. Bridget

Clean, cute, comfortable! Our doggos loved the fenced in back yard. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed the large walk in shower! Would definitely stay again.

Ashley is so incredibly responsive! She replied almost instantly to my messages and she never made it seem bothersome. The place is beautiful; furniture and decor were minimal and modern. King-size bed was SO comfy! The kitchen is very nice, and they have coffee supplies and a little basket with trash bags, detergent, paper towels, etc. The yard is very quaint, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Super simple check-in process with the door code! Overall, our family was very happy with our stay and definitely recommend to others! Thank you, Ashley! :)

Nice and clean

Nice remodel. Comfortable amenities. Central location, although a couple streets over is not the best area in CLT. Cleanliness was better than some, but not really up to my standards- shower was dirty, baseboards grimey, both bedroom comforters had what seemed to be small blood stains on them. I bring my own sheets and blanket anyway to cover when I travel as I’ve come across dirtier sheets. Refrigerator was very dirty. I ended up keeping my food and drinks in the freezer and just thawing it out when I wanted something. There was a container of baking soda in the fridge to absorb smell but wasn’t helping. Remotes were grimey too. Small fire pit outside didn’t have gas.

Ashley is a great host. All our communication was very quick and responsive. We had just a couple of questions that she answered right away. The place is relatively new construction and nice. It was clean and had a great layout for our needs. The fenced in yard is a huge plus if you have a dog. Also, the park across the street and Irwin creek greenway were excellent and convenient places to walk the pooch. Nothing seemed away… the south end was just a short drive and the airport was very close. We had a nice stay while there.

My mom and I were there for the Potter’s House Leadership conference at the convention center and our stay was the icing on the cake. It was very clean and check in and communication throughout the stay was perfect! Ashley is very kind and takes great care of those who stay at her place. We felt right at home. That was our first time in Charlotte and we will be back. When we do this place is where we will definitely stay if available. The pictures are exact as well. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, book! You will not be disappointed!

My daughters and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. We were in the Queen city on a campus tour at UNC Charlotte. Ashley and Cornel were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our family needs. The directions to the home were easy, house was very clean, and pleasing to the eye ... shows exactly as pictured. I think my dog was the most excited ... for he had the opportunity to stretch out his legs and speed in the fenced backyard. We definitely plan to book for a future stay.

Overall this was a great place to stay and we would be open to staying again, the touches in the home and open concept was a huge hit for us. The block this place is located on is beautiful and it is clear investors are going into the area and cleaning up some places however the part of town it is in could be a bust for some people who want a safe feel where they are as just a mile down the road are a number of boarded up structures where it was pretty obvious vagrancy occurs. It was convenient to all hot spots in Charlotte and the overall experience was pleasant.
