Took my mom on a trip to Charlotte for her birthday. My mom was so overjoyed about the Airbnb. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond if there were any questions. Lovely home, big, beautiful, and well put together backyard (My moms "Dream Backyard"), comfortable beds and very spacious home. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an Airbnb to stay in while in Charlotte. It's very affordable, has a quiet neighborhood, great privacy, and easy check-in. Very nice bungalow that was perfect for me and my family! We really enjoyed the backyard, comfy beds and the location was perfect for visiting the city!

We had a great Veterans Day weekend at the Oasis. The fire pit and hot tub were amazing during the chilly nights and the way they have the lights strung Is perfect. Tv by the hot tub is so convenient! Beds are extremely comfortable and easy located within 15 minutes of anything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well, tons of people going on walks and enjoying their time.

The hosting team was wonderful! The house fit our needs perfectly. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful large fenced in back yard. The hot tub, outdoor tv, grill and amenities were wonderful. Would absolutely book this home again as we travel to Charlotte often. Warmly, The Caraganis Family

It had a list of repairs that didn't feel like it fit the price. yes the problems were resolved rapidly but the floor in the hallway, weird ceiling patch, having to look up a YouTube tutorial on how to use somethings and what have you made it not worth what we paid. I would still stay again but hope for a cheaper price

Our stay itself was pleasant and the space was as described. However, 15 days after our stay, Dylan (the cohost) sends me a message requesting reimbursement for ruined sheets. We did not ruin any sheets! Everything was in perfect condition when we left. In addition, he very unprofessionally included screenshots of his conversation with the cleaning company where they were obviously bashing us. We were three moms and our kids there to see a kids concert. We feel very taken advantage of by this out of the blue payment request. I am disappointed and would not recommend anyone staying here based on the treatment we received after we left.

From the moment we booked this location the communication was great. The description of this as an oasis is so accurate. The backyard space is absolutely beautiful!! The house is very nice and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We traveled with a dog and it is a very dog friendly property. We would stay here again if ever in the Charlotte area in the future.

This was a fantastic house. We were able to check in early. Every time I messaged Dylan he got back to me within 10 minutes. We were able to check in early which was great. The house is in a great location. It was 15 minutes from the airport. It was 10-20 minutes from all the places and restaurants we went to. The bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. The back patio area is amazing. It has a hot tub . Covered seating with a couch and several chairs. A fire pit and a great grill. I would definitely stay here again. This is definitely 5 stars.

The communication from start to finish was good, the checkin and checkout was simple, and the space and privacy of the backyard was pleasant. Altogether, I did not enjoy my stay. The place was smaller than it appeared in pictures, the ceiling light in the guest room did not work, lamps were not plugged in, the shower curtain in the main bedroom was dingy (they said they would replace it) and the rack was not positioned well so the curtain dragged on the floor, the trash in the kitchen was awkward to open, bedroom outlets are awkwardly located so plugging electronics becomes clumsy. The microwave did not work, so the first night we had to use the stove to warm everything up. I informed owner and after me trying different things they sent a technician the next day who occupied the kitchen and spent a considerable time fixing it. It got done but was disruptive. The owner tried to make it work, but I ended up shortening my stay 1 day and was promised a 1day reimbursement.

Great spot for our visit to catch a Charlotte Hornets game. The backyard fire pit with hanging chairs was awesome for the family to gather in the evening!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean. The only issue we had was with the outside area. They were renovating the outside area and there were boxes laying around and there was a snake. Other than that everything was great!

My bridal party and I had the privilege of staying at this property for a bachelorette weekend. It was perfect for me and all of my bridesmaids! The location was awesome, nothing we wanted to do was more than 15 minutes away! The property itself was gorgeous and our stay was so comfortable. It was amazingly clean, the rooms were set up so perfectly and we felt right at home. It truly made my celebration worry free! I would highly recommend staying here. Sydney and Dylan were only a text away if we needed anything. We would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Dylan, was very communicative and responsive. His instructions are clear and concise. This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway with my girls. The house had everything you could possibly need. Definitely looking forward to booking the stay again in the warmer months to enjoy the backyard amenities.

I mostly dealt with Dylan. The host was consistently responsive , professional and accommodating. He was in constant communication throughout the reservation - checkout process . I chose the property for its proximity from my children's place and for the spacious kitchen to cook Christmas Eve dinner. The property was worth the money. It was clean , beautifully decorated and very thoughtful in providing coffee , laundry detergent and fully stocked kitchen wares. The bed was super comfortable and clean. I will rent this again upon my return in a couple of months . Kudos to you Dylan and the entire team for providing a place for me and my girls to celebrate Christmas Eve .

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Exceeded expectations in how private and quiet the neighborhood was, house is located on a dead end street. There was parking available, nice outdoor area and all new appliances. The King bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens. There were TV’s with Roku in all the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and warm and comfortable the duration. Would definitely stay here again.

This AirBNB was exactly as described. Very comfortable, contemporary and clean. Though just two people stayed here this time, it would be a fine place for more people. Kitchen very well equipped. Location convenient to the city expressways. I asked the host one question which was answered very promptly. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Charlotte.

Ashley and hosts were wonderful and very accommodating during our stay. We are from Florida and had a major hurricane coming our way and they tried to help us with whatever we needed. Overall, great hosts with good response times.

Ashley's Place was very nice. It was close to our event. The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood which made it very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and having a TV in the bedroom was a bonus for weather reports in the morning. The only thing we wish we would have gotten were dinner recommendations. Other than that, Ashley was quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte.

We headed to Charlotte for a weekend trip with friends and Ashley’s place was a perfect home for us! It’s super close to the highways, which made it really easy to get around. There is also a grocery store less than half a mile away, which was really convenient. The beds were really comfortable and the backyard space was so nice. Ashely was so great at responding to our questions and checkin/check out was so easy! I would highly recommend this place if you are heading to Charlotte.

My friends and I spent a couples nights here in Charlotte for a little girls trip. We could not have picked a better spot. The bedrooms for so cozy, TVs in each room, open kitchen, dining & living room. Very spacious backyard. Quiet street and yet not a far drive from any activities we had planned. Simple checkout instructions. I already have friends asking for the listing because it was such a positive experience. I’d also like to add that my friend forgot an article of clothing after we had checked out and were already back home. Ashley was kind enough to mail us the dress without hesitation. Will 100% keep her in mind for future travels.

I almost don't want to write a review and keep this place a secret, but here we are. The home was decorated beautifully and the layout was spacious and quite comfortable. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the porch and backyard much as the bugs took a liking to me, but definitely a great place to sit back and unwind. Extremely close to the city, airport, and shopping areas. With our daughter in school nearby, we will be visiting the area frequently so this will be out first choice for accommodations in the future. Thank you Ashley and Team!

Beautiful how with great utilization of space in home. Neighborhood was very quiet. The home was in a location that was close to the hospital that my wife had to go to for surgery so that was helpful. overall , wonderful place to stay

The moment I walked in I felt at peace and welcomed. The neighbors are very respectful as well! Ashley even was helpful when I had a personal problem and was willing to help me. I would recommend staying at any of Ashley’s homes. I actually hope she has a home in Kernersville because if she does I would gladly rent from her again. I do plan on coming back again and renting this home again the next time I’m in the area. You won’t be sorry for staying here. Ashley even has ideas on things to do if you are looking for ideas. Five stars is definitely not enough to rate my stay!

This home is better than the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very cozy. We stayed here for my bachelorette party. Nice neighborhood, easy to find, no more than 15 minutes away from places we wanted to visit. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and chatting under the lights. I would 1000% rent this place again if I ever come back to Charlotte.

Our stay wasn’t long at Ashley’s place, but we had a great experience and it was close to everything Charlotte had to offer! The hosts were extremely accommodating and gave us great recommendations on local things to do!

We really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was short. Ashley was a very responsive host, the house was clean, well managed, and cared for. Our dogs loved the yard, the pet fee was very reasonable, and just being able to bring the dogs was a huge plus! Every bed is comfortable and the rooms are so welcoming. The 2 full bathroom were great to have with 5 of us staying there. I will advise, if going when it's rainy with pets, there are some areas in the back yard that have red mud so bringing wet wipes or something to keep their paws from tracking anything in is a good idea. We WILL be staying here again if we need something in the future!

Ashley’s place was very nice and clean…photos are a perfect match! As mentioned it is in a very residential area which is very quiet which worked for our visit! Easy to check in, super comfy living room and the beds were fabulous. Bathrooms were also lovely and we appreciated the shampoo and conditioners in the showers. Overall a very pleasant experience!! Ashley’s communication the whole time was also great and she provided some yummy restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this Airbnb. The house was beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured/described, and a perfect fit for 4 girls. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen was the perfect size and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and all had comfy beds. There were extra towels, blankets and pillows easily accessible. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and there were a set of four bachelorette wine glasses waiting for us in the cabinet which was such a personalized and thoughtful touch! The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. They were very flexible with our group regarding our check-in time and we appreciated that so much. If i am ever in the Charlotte area again, this is a space I'd love to stay in again!

This Airbnb was impeccable! The beds were super comfortable . it looks just like the pictures. It is very homey and they have a nice patio- which in warmer weather must be really nice. I was particularly grateful to find plenty of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Also grateful to find things like Coffee and sugar for the next morning. We were there four days for a wedding and Ashley & Nicole were very helpful in helping us find local hair salons, and other recommendations. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We noticed the sound of a freight train in the morning but it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Overall, we had a great stay with the exception of the new construction for a home being built across the street from the Airbnb. Construction vehicles had the road blocked off for long periods of time and constructionstated at 7am which woke us up. This was definitely out of the hands of the host but it was also extremely frustrating. The home itself was clean, cozy and just as described. Ashley was very quick to respond to any questions. I would stay here again.

We came into town to see “The Whiz” musical. Ashley was a very accommodating responsive host. The house as clean and homey! Everywhere we went was within a 15 min Uber ride! We would definitely here again!

Ashley and her team were amazing and accommodating. The house was close to every area in town and surrounding areas. The house was also very clean and just as photographed but there have been some damages that have occurred and things seem to not have been fixed or replaced.. I was sure to communicate as I didn’t want to get the blame and they were aware and responsive. There was one alarming thing that was never addressed and that was that not all of her windows don’t lock and for safety this was not very good. Because this side of town doesn’t seem to be the best side of town, however house was very quiet and at the end of the road. But I am sure they will fix the window issues??The space is great with TVs in all rooms, it would be great if there were more furniture to unpack but not a deal breaker. Overall it served our purpose and stay.

incredible place to stay! About 15 minutes from everything you want to do. If you’re looking for a great night sleep, the mattresses they have at this Airbnb are life-changing! We actually are going to be ordering some for our home! Ashley was very quick to respond when we were having issues with the TV; and was over the next day to try to figure out the issue. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Charlotte NC!

Place was great proximity to downtown and south end. Neighborhood is fine and peaceful. House and lawn very well maintained and nicely appointed. Only suggestion we would have is to make some fire wood available on the property so guests can take advantage of the fire pit and super cozy backyard. This house worked out perfect for our stay and we would highly recommend staying here. And Ashley was awesome about communicating and handled everything that we needed. Thank you, Ashley!!

First let me say, I can't say enough good things about this host and the experience with Air B&B customer support. Due to the winter storm that swept through Charlotte, our rental was without power and the pipes were completely frozen. Ashley contacted us and putting our safety first, asked us to not come with the temps in the teens. Ashley and Air BB were in almost constant contact through the holiday weekend to get us back on track! This rental is just as pictured- cute, clean and comfortable!! There are amenities that aren't pictured, such as the super comfy beds and the smart tvs in every room. The backyard was perfect for our pup, it was great to let her run off some steam in her own space. The location was excellent, we were able to access everything we wanted to do within 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, but I will say the surrounding area let's you know you aren't in the best part of town. That said, we had no issues!

The home is very nice and furnished nicely. The problem was the strong smell of smoke which Ashley and her co-owners reported to AirBNB from the previous renter. Neither side helped us with the issue, however. There was not another place to go and there was no significant refund or solution offered. Our clothes and gifts smelled of smoke after just an hour. I had specifically requested non-smoking and this is not the owners' fault. The company should have done more to make it better.

My husband, adult son and I stayed for five nights while visiting family in Charlotte during Thanksgiving week. It's a very attractive house in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our needs! We arrived after dark on our first night and appreciated the porch light having been left on so that it was easy to enter the code on the front door keypad. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the Keurig coffee pods to get us started the next morning. Our son had to work part of the time we were there and the wifi connection was good enough to handle video meetings without any trouble. We'd definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay! We were in town for a friends wedding and loved the house! They had everything extra we would have needed or forgot and the rooms / beds were super spacious. The check out process was also super simple and relaxing! Super glad we booked and would definitely recommend.

Meticulously clean! The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was equip with the basics for cooking and several k-cups for the coffee pot. The location was within 10 minutes drive of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay outside of charlotte! We stayed here for the weekend for a friends wedding. The location is great,takes less than ten minutes to get to downtown and Ubers are also available to take you to and from downtown! Highly recommend staying here - easy access to the city without the hassle and cost of city parking! The house is super cute, very clean, has all of the basic amenities you could need! Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and spacious backyard. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit charlotte!

Location is absolutely great and exactly as advertised! The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Uptown is a short 7-10 mins away if your looking to be located close to nightlife. The host are very efficient with their communication and they provided most of the essentials that you would need during your stay. I would definitely stay at this location again! The only thing I wish I could have enjoyed that backyard bonfire experience it just rained every night we stayed except the last night and by then the grass was getting a little high from the rain but I would definitely like to come back and enjoy that beautiful backyard. They also have a grill and charcoal I don’t think it was listed but they do indeed have that as well! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This is a good affordable option, albeit not in an area of interest for out of town visitors. Ashley was quick to communicate and the interior is cute, but I strongly recommend having a car if staying at this airbnb. The backyard is great for entertaining!

Ashley's house is beautiful and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus as I was traveling with my mini goldendoodle. This was probably the nicest airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Honestly LOVED staying here and I will definitely be back to stay here again. Ashley was amazing, very responsive, and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet too and I felt safe honestly. It was fun to explore the area.

Our stay in Charlotte was for personal reasons. A visit with our son who is a student at Queens University. I can’t say enough about the home and Ashley’s responsiveness and kindness. From start to finish it was exactly as expected. The home is amazing and just like the pictures. The location was convenient for us and the neighbors were kind and helpful. The backyard was great for pets and was really secure. There was security and lighting at the home. The outside would be perfect for relaxing and the fire pit and seating are on point on deck and in the yard. Not one complaint or recommendation can be made from me or my husband. We will be returning in the years to come as he is a freshman. Ashley even came by in advance of our arrival when it started to snow to turn up the heat and leave us supplies. How can you beat that?

This was a very comfortable house to stay in for our visit to Charlotte. The location was great! Quick and easy driving route to downtown while situated at the end of a quiet street. We loved the house, backyard, and the amenities. The house had all the comforts of home and a great space for dogs in the back. Ashley was very responsive with questions we had. The home was also located close to the highway which you need to get pretty much everywhere around the city. There wasn’t much around the house, but that made it quiet which is nice. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

For once everything was just the way it was described! Our stay was perfect in this home! The location is central to almost everything we wanted to do. We came for the Van Gogh Exhibit and tripped over Optimus Hall, Old Mecklenburg Brewery and several other places in the process. The interior of the home was extremely clean upon arrival the bathrooms were sizable… one offering a tub for soaking and the other one a large walk-in shower. The beds and bedding offered one of the best sleeps away from home that I’ve ever had. I’m not certain on the brand of mattress…but it was divine! Ashley covered forgettable items like shampoo and conditioner in the bathes and creamer and sweeteners in the kitchen. Large televisions in every room and a big back yard with seating for 6 around a fire pit added to everyone’s enjoyment. It was just enough space for the 6 of us. A hidden gem for sure!

A beautifully renovated single-story home on a quiet and tree-lined street. The bedrooms and baths are well-appointed. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are also modern and comfortable. Plus, the house has a back porch and spacious yard with two different seating areas. We plan on returning.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Very comfortable, incredibly clean and the backyard is just a perfect place to visit with family and relax. Very quick and easy into downtown. Grocery store is very convenient if you want to get groceries and cook in. There is a large table for family to gather around for dinner meals. Host was super responsive.

Home is beautiful inside. There was dog poo outdoors that kept us from thoroughly enjoying the beauty of the backyard. We did call the owner upon discovery. She apologized but didn’t come out to rectify. The backyard was a major part of why we rented this space.

I would definitely recommend doing some research on the location prior to staying here. The house did have a lot of alarms and security which was comforting when sleeping/ when we left for the day. The interior of this house is amazing!! Clean, bright and the pictures are very accurate. Tile baths, beautiful high end kitchen. Very nice and private back yard. Fire pit is perfect. All the accents in the house are high end. Lovely light fixture and the bedding felt like a very upscale hotel.

The host is really nice and she responds fast to messages. The house was nice, clean and downtown is a short drive away along with other locations. If I'm ever in Charlotte again I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home fully renovated. Very quiet location. Everything felt like new, very comfortable beds, new appliances, new flat screen smart tvs and cute yard. We loved it! Hosts very were nice and made our stay very easy. The property is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and about a 10 minute drive to Uptown restaurants, museums etc. We truly enjoyed our stay, only thing to know is the area around the nearest grocery store is a not as nice and we wouldn’t recommend walking to get there.

My family of 4 had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The home is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. It is either recently renovated or a new construction because everything seemed very new. We felt at home right away and can honestly say it is one of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in. Although it is in a more urban part of town, it is located on a very quiet street (we never heard anyone) and the backyard truly felt like an oasis. Ashley and Sydney were extremely responsive and lovely hosts, who sweetly gifted us a bottle of wine. I would recommend this home for short and extended stays, as it is fully equipped with everything you need.

This is by far one of THE BEST properties I’ve stayed at for several things I look for in a stay. I have NO complaints about ANYTHING with this experience and I plan to be back.

This home is in a quiet area, and a perfect stay for us. Easy check-in via keyless entry. The home decor is new throughout and provided a very relaxing feel. It is very clean and offered a beautiful, large fenced in area for our dogs., as well as a fire pit with chairs for guests to enjoy. There was even a welcome note framed with a bottle of wine provided with wine cork. Nice touch! Each bedroom provided large comfortable beds, and special touches of throw blankets and plenty of pillows. Thank you to the hosts for quick response in answering questions and assisting us with any questions we had along the way. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Kudos on a beautiful home!

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property. It is even better than the pictures. The home is very spacious and it made us feel like we were in a "home away from home." If you are debating about staying here, don't. You will not be disappointed. The host is very nice and responds promptly to messages. The neighborhood is very quiet and all the neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The guesture that sealed the deal for us was the complimentary wine left for us by the host. It will definitely give you a nice buzz 😉. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. I don't have any complaints about my stay.

Close to the city and great place to come back to for unwinding and spending time with those you’re with...either gathered in the beautiful and private backyard or around the table near the kitchen! Even thought this place is in a more urban part of town, the street and location of this place was perfect. It’s on a dead end street so there’s no traffic and beautiful scenery. There’s a master bathroom in the master bedroom. Every room has a smart TV and all of the appliances are new. The outdoor area in the backyard is peaceful and relaxing!

This place easily earns 5 stars. It was exactly as pictured if not better! It was one of the cleanest most well decorated and thought out Airbnb's I've ever stayed. The beds were AMAZING, I literally asked the host what brand it was as I plan to buy one for home after that trip. The yard space was literally perfect, my dog was so happy to have all that grass and the fire pit / string lights were beautiful. Close to the city if your plan is to do a lot of exploring and a parking space for 2 cars was right out front. I spoke with Ashley the whole time who I believe is a co-host and she was very thoughtful & accommodating. You should definitely book this place.

Love this space! Me and coworker came down for a nice work-cation which this was the ideal set up. Great space for each of us and a very nice/quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed going out on the town to local restaurants. Ashley made sure we good to go as soon as we arrived and quickly responded when we had a quick question.
