The layout of this place was very nice for my 30th birthday but need to be cleaned better before guest arrive. But I still enjoyed my stay

Great neighborhood, perfect size and just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and clean. It’s quiet in the evenings and the fenced in yard was great for our two pugs. The hammocks in the living room were surprisingly relaxing (I had never used one before). And the open layout of the kitchen and living room worked well for having a family birthday dinner. The location was convenient to our family and friends. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Dylan was very responsive and would rate him a 5. The house had a very strong fragrance from air fresheners around the house. We unplugged them all and ended up with musty smells around the house. The bathroom floors were also dirty when we got there and we ended up scrubbing them ourselves. Dylan was very responsive to concerns and tried to find solutions. We did end up leaving early though due to the smells as some of us are very sensitive and didn’t feel well in the house. Positives though - the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the fenced in yard was great and we spent a lot of time outside on the patio.

The house looked just like the photos. It was very cute and decorated nicely. The only thing is that it wasn't very clean.

So comfy, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed , fireplace outside made our dinner time special, we met a deer when breakfasting outside one day. Nice area , close to everything. Definitely love it!

Very nice , great stay.

Host was extremely accommodating for a last minute trip for my family. The one level was perfect as I travelled with seniors. We were in a mature residential neighborhood but only 8 minutes from shopping and restaurants. 10 min from the dome and interstate making travel quick. I plan to return for sure. Beds were incredibly comfortable and showers immaculate.

Me and my family came for a quick trip up to see my daughter, Dylan was very accommodating… We felt right at home and had a great weekend.. Would definitely stay again

This was a business trip for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect. Being all females, we felt safe, and right at home. The host was very responsive and made us feel right at home! Definitely a great find!

Pros: Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Home decor was very nice. The chair swings in the living room were a really nice touch. kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, and the master shower was really nice as well. Dylan only requested the trash be taken out and the dishes be cleaned, which is a reasonable request unlike other places that want you to be Molly Made and still charge a cleaning fee. Recommended stay.

Dylan has a really lovely house. It is nicely decorated, well appointed and a very well equipped kitchen! We loved our long-stay. Dylan was very responsive whenever we needed to communicate with him. We can highly recommend his home and hosting.

Dylan was a great host as he was responsive and accommodating. The place looks as pictured and is very spacious and clean but it is a older home. It is clear most things have been renovated with modern decor. I loved the linens & kitchen equipment provided so we didn’t have to bring much with us. There are grocery stores & coffee shops within a 10 min drive. The twin beds weren’t as comfortable as the other 2 beds.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was neat, very clean and looked just as rhetorical pictures. The ambient was very homey and cozy. We loved the place it was perfect for us. The mattress very comfortable too!

The place was very nice, matched the description. Had open floor plan and plenty of seating for a small gathering. We rented the place over the Christmas holiday to see are kids and grandchildren. Worked very well. Only downside was no dish washer so we tried reduced our need by using paper plates and solo cups when we had family over. Would definitely stay there again.

Dylan was very responsive, and checking in and out, and getting into the property was a breeze. The inside matches the pictures, and it has a really cozy laid back vibe. We felt very comfortable! Centrally locates to Providence/Arboretum (only a few miles to Fresh Market, etc.) and equally well situated to access Matthews and Mint Hill (about 20 minutes to Mint Hill).

Dylan’s place was the perfect getaway for my family and close friends to relax and unwind. We specifically enjoyed to privacy we still had even with being close to other neighbors. The ambience was peaceful and made our trip come to life filled with laughter and good vibes from start to finish. I would definitely recommend booking. I very seldomly write reviews even for the worse of the worse but felt like Dylan’s place needed another 5 star review to add to its collection. Lol. Thank you Dylan for hosting us this weekend! Home was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our dog loved the backyard and was well secured. Neighborhood older, but very quiet and safe.

Dylan and his place were great! Quick to respond. Place is clean and beds are comfortable. Dylan also helped us out with some requests that he didn’t need to. Plus, we also saw a family of deer in the backyard when we arrived. 🦌 The kids loved it. Definitely recommend Dylan’s place!

Dylan’s house was perfect for our little family of 3 as we transitioned into our new home. It was well maintained, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen and I could go on. We felt at home and the patio was perfect and we even saw deer one morning! Great house and great host!

Dylan was polite and the chair swings were a plus. We enjoyed ourselves. I would encourage for the TV’s to be accessible in case someone doesn’t have a Roku account.

Our family had a great time at Dylan’s place. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of essentials and amenities that were useful to our group. In addition, the hammocks and maracas were a big hit for the little girls in our travel group. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that’s an easy drive to Uptown Charlotte. If you need a place to stay when visiting Charlotte, this is a great place to book.

Very cute place, looks like the pictures. Backyard was a nice touch. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped; be sure to look in the kitchen cabinets for small appliances. Location was good and in a safe neighborhood.

The house was charming and comfortable to stay while we visited the area. Deer throughout the neighborhood in the evenings, quiet surroundings, easy access to freeway. Secure and well accommodated. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Peaceful neighborhood with a nice walking trail.

We had a great time at the house. It was very clean and the house had a lot of updates that made it very comfortable. We were afraid to use the hanging chairs at first, but they were sturdy and a lot of fun for our grandson and us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no dishwasher, which was not a big deal for us. There were dish towels in the cupboard to dry dishes. Even the laundry room had been updated and the washer and dryer worked fine Also- of note, the WIFI and tv's all worked well. That was important to us as our daughter and son-in-law needed to work remotely a few days while we were there. Dylan (the owner) was very responsive to our questions and helped us get in the house remotely the night we checked in.

We went to Charlotte for a long weekend that included several family events. Dylan's home was a perfect place to unwind and relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the highway, supermarket, and restaurants. The house looked just like the pictures inside and out and slept 6 people comfortably. The yard is large and fenced, perfect for kids or pets. The living room was great for lounging with plenty of seating. The swings were a hit with all. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you might need, but bring disposable plates and paper cups if you don't feel like washing dishes since there isn't a dishwasher. The beds, linens, and decor were comfortable and provided a hotel-like atmosphere. The laundry room came in handy after an afternoon of tailgating. Dylan was a very responsive host and we would definitely stay here again.
