We rented this home to allow our of state family members to stay together after a funeral. It had plenty of beds and was clean & comfortable. I reported some minor maintenance needs to the host so hopefully repairs can be made. We appreciated the basketball, dart board, small pool table & ping pong tables for entertainment. I would definitely recommend this home. Also thank you for supplying garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, soap and shampoo.

Excellent location and accommodations. Should consider a lower cost during the winter months, as you cannot use the outdoor amenities. A couple of maintenance items need attention, but overall, the facility was an excellent fit for our family. We enjoyed our stay.

This was exactly what we needed to enjoy a phenomenal GHOE weekend. The firepit is peaceful and relaxing. All the things necessary to feel like home. Plan to stay again next time I’m in town.

We were there to attend a family funeral and the place was large enough to accommodate all the distant family members that arrived. Dylan was sympathetic and helpful. The place was beautiful

Dylan's place was spectacular!! We were a combined family of 13, ages from 63 to 6!! We were celebrating my granddaughter's 6th birthday! The house was simply perfect!! We had balloons everywhere and the kids thoroughly enjoyed all the activities available in the backyard. The pool was the icing on the cake!! The only suggestion I have is to provide tvs for the other 3 bedrooms. That's it! Everything else was better than expected! I will definitely consider this one of my favorites!! Thanks Dylan!!😄

Dylan was a fantastic host—very responsive to all of our needs and quick to answer any questions we had. Communication was clear and timely.

Dylan’s house was spacious and clean—ideal for our family trip. A few challenges: 1. At check-in, the cleaning crew was just leaving. They took some trash but left two full bins at the curb, which were never picked up. We struggled to find space for our own garbage. 2. The pool water was murky. A maintenance person came the day before we left, but it didn’t clear up, so we only used it once. 3. The house lacked enough toilet paper and paper towels—we ran out by day two with no extras available. 4. There was a persistent fly problem on the deck, near the pool, and on the first floor. Not clear why because the house was clean and didn’t have any bad smell. 5) An upstairs bathroom faucet was loose. But still worked. 6) The outside grill’s grease tray was completely full when we went to use it which cause it to have a high fire and smoke when we turned it on. We have to spill it out ourselves. It would’ve been nice if that was ready for us to use when we got there.

This place was great! we enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. the location is wonderful and easy to drive around in. quiet and lots of fire flys in the backyard so that was fun! we also enjoyed the BBQ outback!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay! It was my son's 14th birthday and he invited his best friends. They LOVED the basketball court, the pool, and the pool table. The fire pit was great with comfy chairs and solar powered lights. It was too hot for a fire, but we still enjoyed sitting around it at night with a cocktail. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us, the host was incredibly responsive at all times and we cant wait to come back. Our only complaint is that the remotes to the this did not work as they were either missing batteries or they were dead. It may be helpful to keep batteries there in case this happens again.

Dylans house was perfect for our stay in North Carolina. We were from all across the United States to attend our neices wedding. It was spacious for 10 people. plenty for us to do with the pool and other games we would stay again . thanks

We were there in early spring so could not take advantage of all of the amenities. I am not sure the mini basketball court is mentioned in the description. So cute! My husband loved the firepit and grilled chicken one night. House is in an established neighborhood.

The house was perfect! It had enough rooms and beds for my guests. It was the perfect place for my birthdat get together. Dylan answered all my questions and also kept me inform about any changes. I will rent from Dylan again for a family stay!

Wonderful home, great host!

We had 3 different families come together for a weekend and this house was wonderful and met all our needs. The kids room was set up nicely and the activities in the garage made it nice to have an additional space for the kids to use. Kitchen is functional, not a lot of countertop space but having the two dining room tables help give more space as needed. There was a crockpot, blender, Keurig coffee machine in the home with standard pots and pans. A few things you may bring with you are plastic or reusable cups as there are not enough regular cups for everyone who stayed, mixing bowls if needed, and casserole dish. We enjoyed our stay here and would rent again in a heartbeat if coming back to the area! Dylan was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay!

Great Stay!!!

Issues: Garage “toys” were not as expected. Pool table was small, bumpers not lively, pocket missing, ping pong table was a miniature table, darts were all broken and back yard basketball court had a spuce bush overwhelming the left side and making that side unusable. Kitchen amenities were lacking, like no measuring spoons, small cutting boards, no baking dishes, no mixing bowls and no counter space. Good: the rooms accommodated 10 adults and 6 children fairly well. Garage had a TV so the boys setup their gaming there and they were good to go! Built 1000 piece puzzles in the living room but we brought a fold up table ourselves and it worked well. Dining room and kitchen table gave us adequate eating space. We were there after Christmas so it was too cold for the pool and it rained alot so we couldn’t use the firepit. Those looked nice for summer use.

Dylan's place is wonderful and more that accommodating for my family and I. I highly recommend this place and absolutely would like to stay here again.

This listing was very spacious and provided enough space to house me and my family as we traveled through High Point. I also appreciate Dylan’s willingness to provide quick assistance when I would have a question. The house was clean and offered plenty of activities and rooms so that everyone was always comfortable. I would definitely rent here again!

Host is very communicative and friendly! Outside is just beautiful! I wish we would have stayed at a time we could have used the pool. Game room and kitchen were smaller than expected. All listed amenities were provided. Great house for big families/groups.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Dylan’s place! The home itself is very beautiful and was fully equipped with everything we needed during our weekend stay. Dylan literally anticipated our needs and ensured they were met. The beds were SOOOO comfortable. And the accommodations, overall, were very plush. Dylan also made our stay pleasant due to his responsiveness a couple of concerns we had during our stay. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the High Point/Winston Salem area.
