Great location, very close to the Friendly Center. This was my first time having a host ask for the ages of everyone and the reason for visiting Greensboro. At check-in, both back doors were unlocked and one of the beds was broken. There were also several broken blinds and no curtains downstairs. Dylan responded quickly about the bed and offered an additional one, which I appreciated. The upstairs showers weren’t very clean (hair and pink mold in the master shower head), and there were no cleaning supplies in the home, so we ended up buying our own, including towels. The hot tub was the main reason we booked and it did not disappoint, it just left our skin feeling so dry, compared to the photos a lot of the outside lounge chairs were missing. Just keep in mind this is an older home in a nice neighborhood.

Responsive host and great neighborhood. Could be special house if it got properly fixed up as the house has a fair amount of deferred maintenance.

Quiet place, and fair priced

Great quiet place for our family of five. Loved the outdoor space with the hot tub under the stars and the fire pit. Lots of room for us to spread out. Very clean space, kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. Dylan was a very responsive and helpful host

He house is kind of old, so there are a couple of small issues, but overall we had a great time there!! Dylan helped us to get glasses, was transparent about the hot tub (1 jet not working) and reply our messages super fast. The location is amazing, 15 mins only from great restaurants and entertainment.

The location is in a nice neighborhood. It's convenient to restaurants and shops. The house is large with ample room to have large groups or families. The house is in need of repair which I believe Dylan is addressing.

This home is set in a beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous backyard. We had some issues arise during our stay and Dylan was very proactive in helping us address them and get things repaired. If some medium and minor things are fixed in the home, it could be a truly great Airbnb.

Perfect for what we need

This is a beautiful and very spacious older home. We appreciated having exactly the number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms we needed as six women staying together. We didn’t spend any time enjoying the house and amenities since we all had packed and different schedules for our homecoming. The keyless entry was convenient and made our various comings and goings seamless. Dylan is an awesome and very responsive host. He responded within reasonable timeframes when I had questions. One of the best parts of the stay was minimal checkout instructions. We were shocked and relieved with NOT having to strip the beds. We were grateful to have an stress-free check-out and hearing from the host, “…my cleaning team will take care of it.” In these times, it’s great to know the cleaning fees and your time (as a guest) are appropriately valued. For this reason alone, I recommend staying with Dylan.

The house was lovely. My immediate family and my sisters spent a long weekend at the house. It’s perfect for a large family , there is plenty of sleeping space. The outside is equally at beautiful with a deck and screened porch. The neighborhood was very safe. The host was easily accessible and quickly responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Very nice place . very reponsive host

We recently stayed at this Airbnb and while the property has potential, several areas could use improvement. The kitchen was understocked, and some maintenance issues need attention. With a few upgrades and better upkeep, this place could be a much more enjoyable stay. I do want to note that Dylan was great and trying to fix the issues we brought up and generally was a great host.

Dylan’s home was in a safe, nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was fantastic to hang out with friends from the patio table to the hot tub. The inside of the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guest. We enjoyed our stay here!

Dylan was also a text message away. He responded rapidly and was very accurate. He was very understanding and accommodating when it came to my family and I wanted to stay an extra day outside of our scheduled stay.

From start to finish, Dylan was a great host. He was very thorough in his explanations prior to my arrival. The house was nice, clean and nicely decorated when we arrived. I didn’t have any issues. I would most definitely stay with him again.

Dylan was very responsive and helpful, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the screened in porch delightful. There is some deferred maintenance that needs to be done to bring the home up to 5-☆ standards, which based on Dylan’s responsiveness I’m sure he will address.

Great stay!

House was great! Had everything we needed and more for a friends’ 40th birthday weekend. Great layout, beautiful kitchen, lots of space to sleep and hang out. Would highly recommend. Dylan was super responsive and so friendly.

Pros: Host is prompt in communication. Location is convenient Yard is nice w/firepit & hot tub (It rained for our stay so we did not use) Cons: Front door bolt locked (no key) so only access was through side door near driveway through kitchen. Trash cans were full upon arrival. (Host actually asked us to put full cans in/out to curb during our stay) Patched hole in the wall Water stains on ceiling Entire house needs deep clean and new coat of paint. Fireplace inoperative (we stayed Xmas am so it would have been nice to know) No floor rugs or mats in bathrooms (very slippery) Overall decent place but pricey

All in all a very good stay. Great location and very comfortable home. Host was very responsive. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed the deck and the backyard. Worked great for us and our Bichon Frise.

Home was lovely, host was very helpful and responsive. Cleaning fee is a bit excessive. Seems like the nightly fee should cover most of it, especially when you clean the home when leaving. But overall, I would stay here again.

Very spacious home, large living room and dining room for gatherings, large kitchen and great hot tub out back. Dylan was very responsive and quite quickly. We enjoyed our stay and quite a few restaurants and shops very close by.

**WARNING** Please think first before reserving this home. It is located in a nice place but the cleaners of the home do a terrible job. My elderly mom and aunt had to clean out the refrigerator with cleaner and the oven as they were not clean. The host informed me while i was driving to the home that a queen bed in the room my elderly mom and aunt were to stay had been broken by the previous guest. Then I was informed today 9 days after my stay that the trundle bed has been broken but it was not broken when me and my family left the home. I think the host needs to fo some clean-up of the home.

I highly recommend booking Dylan’s place. Not only for the comfort and convenience, but also for his hospitality and great communication. 10/10.

This was the perfect place for our group for the weekend! Dylan was great and very responsive any time we reached out! Would recommend to anyone heading to Greensboro with a larger group.

We stayed for a week setting up for High Point Market - so the hot tub really helped our muscles! It’s a fine place to stay. And two nights wild deer greeted us when we got home after dark. Dylan was a great host and emailed a few times and was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Very nice home in a pretty and safe neighborhood in Greensboro. Enough room for our family of 6 to be very comfortable. Nice to have a hot tub and deck, although it wasn’t super clean and only one of the 2 jets was working.

We booked this home last minute for our son's graduation after another property fell short. Dylan was great from start to finish - providing information, answering questions promptly. The house was spotless, looked exactly as it did in the photos, and was so welcoming. We felt right at home. Although the drive to Elon was 30 minutes, it was well worth it - there were local restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Dylan for making our son's graduation stress free and family friendly!

Just what we needed

Dylan was very easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our group.

we stayed for a soccer showcase and had 6 adults and 6 kids - the place was great for 3 nights. we all thought the house was very quaint and cozy and we felt right at home. the neighborhood was nice with older, well kept homes. great outdoor space for entertaining that let you get away from the kids and one another if need be. would stay again next year

Dylan’s home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Please note that there is no microwave to heat up leftovers, but using the oven was fine. Also, if you have dogs and it rains, the back yard is red mud but there were plenty of extra towels for use. I would recommend this to anyone for a nice peaceful stay. Very nice, safe neighborhood.

Great place! My family really enjoyed staying here! Safe neighborhood with great backyard and screened in porch. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms for a large family. Comfortable living room to watch TV too. Highly recommend!

one of the best airbnb experiences the location was amazing the area is beautiful and quiet. the house was very clean. also really like the amenities .there is nothing like to sit next to a fire pit after you had a good time in the jacuzzi. :) I'm highly recommend definitely gonna come back when we back in town!
